I, and my kitties are very happy with this fountain!! The fountain is quiet and unoffensive to the kitties. I like the Blue light showing through the window for checking the level. This fountain is very easy to clean and maintain. I bought the extra filter refill pack, as well as a few other filter refill packs. As recommended , the whole fountain should be cleaned every two weeks. Or you can clean it weekly, depending on how many kitties are using it. What is nice is cleaning the fountain is very easy! The Stainless Steel cleans up nicely with a small amount of mild soap, taking care to rinse thoroughly to get rid of the soap. It does not take much soap at all to clean this unit, due to the Stainless Steel housings. The pump is also very easy to clean!

Really love it! Doesnāt make a sound.. truly. I had doubts but even in a silent home there is no sound of water running or motor hum. I did place on a thin rubber circle (jar opener) underneath it just for more counter grip ans I have a cat who pulls dishes forward with her paw, and that rubber may contribute as well to complete lack of noise. The filtering block is great and even enough space that I can easily add in an additional layer of filter gauze on top of the replaceable filter piece to catch more gunk/saliva that I can rinse easily (I use quilt batting as itās great for trapping particles in water and used by me for years in aquariums).One con, the speed and volume of the water running out if the nozzle is a bit fast, and no way to adjust it which intimidated my cat who likes a slow trickle but Iām hoping he figures out how to take smaller amounts when using it. The extra gauze and a piece of plastic to block the inside intake filter screen helps somewhat with fast volume but I wouldāve loved/prefered an adjustment of volume option, though most cats most likely wouldnāt have an issue, mine however is the brightest š and has just been using slow sink dribble for years so this is a bit of an issue.Overall: I give the overall quality, ease of cleaning, filtration apparatus/quality, look, price and noise all an A+, would buy again in a heartbeat.Only con is the volume of water coming from the nozzle and the somewhat difficult removal of the top plate while carefully trying to run water in it back into bowl and not spilling on counter. Though my guess is most of this type of filter has similar issue.. also a plus is if the pump stops for whatever reason, there is still about a 1/4 inch of water sitting in the top for cat to have until you fix the issue and doesnāt leave them without a drop.

Love it! My cats love their fountain! I wish it was a little bigger because I have 3 cats and I need to add water to it daily, but otherwise its awesome! Easy to set up, easy to clean and maintain, quiet, and so far going strong! I have only had it about 2 months but so far so good!

This is by far the best cat water fountain I have ever purchased! All of my five cats love the design and drink with ease. The best part of this fountain is the stainless steel design which not only looks nice but is easy to clean. My bengal would always pull apart fountains with rubber and plastic and destroy them. Also the water does not evaporate quickly again due to the modern design. I was able to leave my cats with two fountains for four days and they were both operating perfectly when I returned. Throw away your current fountains, I did !

My cat absolutely loves her new water bowl. She loves playing in the sink so this is the perfect solution. Its pretty quiet, the water noise i think is soothing. Doesn’t leak or spray everywhere. Easy to clean out. Great product for cats that like water.

I have purchased quite a number of items from this company over the past year or so, among them a voice recorder, security cameras, and some pet supplies – which included a different model of a cat water fountain. We absolutely loved that fountain – very well made, our cat frequented it, the running ‘living’ water was great, pump worked well, and even when some brief issues came up (magnet in the pump briefly stopped working at one point, just needed cleaning), that was resolved really well and quickly by contact with customer service. They have sent extra filters and items over time and have treated us very well as customers. However – my one concern with the prior cat water fountain was that, well made though it was, it was made of plastic, and the more I read about this, the more determined I was to switch to stainless steel, so as to further remove any possibility of bacterial build up over time, and to help ensure the best quality care for our pet. I was therefore delighted to see that a stainless steel version now existed and was available from this same company. Along with that build benefit, it’s a pleasing enough shape (I think I liked the look of the plastic one even better, but…), and like the prior fountain it features a well-constructed but now improved pump, two different improved filters, a light and viewing area on the bowl to easily see water level, and a straightforward power system (plugs into any standard USB charger). The constantly flowing water is whisper quiet as well, so long as the water level is adequate (and actually the small increase in the volume of noise from it is a good indicator/reminder to refill it). It was easy to assemble and like the prior fountain, will be easy to clean – and even easier, being stainless steel. Affordable enough and everything I was looking for. Recommend without reservation.

The instructions were very simple and easy to understand. As soon as I plugged the water fountain in, my cats Miso and Sashimi went to it, did a thorough sniffing investigation, then informed me that they approve of this purchase. It’s great quality, and very quiet in case you’re worried about the noise of water splashing.They drink a lot more water and absolutely love it. As you can see in the last photo, Overlord Miso approves and recommends you to also get this for your overlord fur babies.
