Water fountain
Love it.!! Just as describe. Not hard to set it and it works well. Fountain quality it’s low but I like it like that since is for my rabbit. Noise level is not loud at all, it’s very soothing when you hear it. I was scare my rabbit wasn’t going to like it but she loves it. She didn’t hesitate to check it out the first time I put it. Water intake it lasts a long time. I haven’t add any water since I got it and it’s being a week already. So far we enjoying this water fountain.

My cats love it! High quality, low price
I had no idea a water fountain like this even existed., I am so glad I found this. Its really high quality so I know it will last a long time. The water flow seems good and I really light the motion sensor. My cats are picky but they don’t mind the noise level and they like it, so I like it. For the price, this is a good bet!

Some shortcomings
Thankfully that dust protector is removable because it only served to scare my cats.Usually, the cats take to a water fountain immediately. This one took a week after removing the dust cover for them to start trying it.The functionality has been hit or miss with this honestly. It works sometimes, and then I have to readjust it to get it to work again.The fountain is VERY bright as well. I intended to keep it in my bedroom, but that did not work out.I can’t fully recommend it at its price point and quality

Great idea, poor execution (so far)….
I love this idea of an automatically opening/closing lid on my cats’ waterbowl.I dont understand no other company uses this.For that itself it deserves 5 stars, however…The used materials could have been chosen better. I got this fountain pretty cheap in the introduction phase, so I can’t complain too much, but i don’t think I would buy another one for the current prize.My cats are using this fountain since April ’25, it’s now August ’25, for the complete picture.1) The axel that opens and closes the lid, is no RVS. It rusts, which I never saw before on a cat fountain. It barely gets covered with a few drips now and then because of some messy drinkers, so it’s not wet all the time. Still there’s rust, and whatever I do to clean it, it keeps returning.It doesn’t effect the functionality or noise level of the lid, but I don’t like rust close to my cats’ water.2) The battery started promising with appx. 4 days/charge, but at the moment I have to charge it everyday. I have to say, we have 10 cats (multiple bowls, one of this kind though) so maybe it will be used a bit more than the average bowl, still I think 3-4 days with a charge is not too much asked, especially since it did perform well the first few weeks.I have to admit that I appreciate it when the fountain is running low on power, the lid opens half and fills the bowl with what it can hold. My felines are not quickly without water therefor and it’s visual clear from a distance when the battery needs to be recharged.Sadly, one day I woke up and found the bowl was torn apart and tipped over, since it ran out of power during the night and my cats still wanted the water inside. They used brute force, to get to it.Nowadays to prevent this, I have a powerbank connected 24/7, so it won’t run out of power during the night again.3) The main reason this bowl gets only two stars though, is the fact that the filters are NOT being sold seperately. You get one in the box and that’s it.After I contacted the distributor/manufacturer for extra filters , they answered my request with a: “wasn’t there a filter in the box?”.After three mails they finally got it that I wanted to obtain more filters to replace old ones (which is needed with every waterbowl with filters). They’re final communication was that they don’t sell the filters separately and they don’t know if someone else does. I couldn’t find any site myself so far that sells these exotic filters (their size is unique to this bowl), but the distributor guaranteed to let me know when (if) they decide to sell the filters separately.The last communication is from end of April and since then it’s terrifying quiet from their side, but I keep my fingers crossed, hoping they will be available somewhere someday.My cats do like the water from this bowl (hence they’re determination to get to it the other night), so I really wish I could get a hold on more filters.The distributor can even make a chunk of money with selling the filters seperately, since waterbowls themselves cost less in general than the cost of replacement filters combined during a waterbowl’s lifetime. Win-win I would say.Sadly, for now I have to order bigger filters somewhere else and cut them and tape them till they fit. I can imagine not everyone wants to do that when cleaning a bowl, especially if you have multiple bowls.When the filter issue will be solved in the future, I will update this review and add 1 or 2 stars.I hope the manufacturer is on a learning curve, because I do like the idea of an auto opening/closing lid. My cats like it as well.It just needs a little bit more TLC (a listening ear, the will to solve a problem and less inferior material), that’s all.That said, I can’t recommend this catbowl as it is now and I will not replace my cats’ other bowls with this type unless the issues will be resolved, but I do keep hoping, because me and my felines really like the concept itself.

Whisper quiet with accurate proximity sensing
So far I am happy with this pet water fountain. I got it for my outside feral cats for this summer. I had a no frills water jug type dispenser but it tends to get leaves and dirt in it so I am hoping this will solve that problem. For now I have it set up inside for my dog. It is set to sensor mode and it is quite sensitive but VERY quiet! When it senses motion nearby the lid opens and the water starts bubbling up. When it gets ready to close it closes in three stages to give time for stray noses and paws to get out of the way. My dog hasn’t used it yet but I am not going to refill her regular bowl until she does. I will update on longevity after some time in use.

Smart water fountain for my cat!
I got this fountain for my cat and it’s been pretty easy to use. Setup didn’t take long, and the sensor picks up right away when he walks over. The lid opens and water flows gently, then closes again when he’s done, which helps keep things clean. The rechargeable battery has been handy too. I left it unplugged for a couple of days and it kept going just fine. Cleaning has been simple, it comes apart easily and doesn’t take much time.
