What’s there not to like !
We purchased this @ 2 months ago, we previously had a waterer that was completely wired to the pump that was pretty much what was offered at the time , this is a big improvement, don’t have to worry about unplugging and rerouting the wire from the pump after cleaning, this you leave plugged in, just lift the bowl, clean everything , fill and set it back on the platform . No it is not completely wireless, but think about this : Yes like every waterer out there they need to be cleaned every week and a half or two, so you must do that ! If you want complete wireless you will at some point and I’m guessing every two to four day’s recharging the Battery on the pump so you are now maintaining two things on the waterer instead of just cleaning , so if I was complaining that it’s not completely wireless ….. I think I might find a plug in for it !This is super easy to clean , yes it has filters for it but it could be optional not to use but be prepared to clean more often. This is great unit for cats or a small dog ( Chihuahua @ size ) . The only issue we had was our two boys ( cats ) , one liked to play with the tab on the top plate and pull the top plate off , fortunately after a couple of days he left It alone and all is well.I highly recommended this unit for the ease of cleaning and replacement. Until they come out with one that will absolutely clean itself ( not going to happen ) this will be a great unit. Can not comment on the customer service as mine work as advertised so I did not have any issues on that end. Hope this helps in your decision making !

Motor went out after only 6 months!!
Well i did love this fountain b/c it is very quiet and so easy to refill and clean! However, i’ve only had it for 6 mths now and the motor is going out already. It’s starting to grind really loud and stop and start. I’ve completely taken it apart per the instructions and thoroughly cleaned what i could get to, but that didn’t help. There is no replacement motor for it. So i’m currently looking for one that’s compatible or possibly a new fountain. UghUPDATE!! Found a replacement pump that is identical and works perfectly with this fountain! Great purchase
I love this fountain for my cats. It’s a breeze to set up -0- hassle to change the filter. It keeps circulating the water so I think the cats drink more water than they did from a bowl. I have 1 next to my automatic feeders so it’s also a time saver. Because the “bowl” is clear, you can always see if you need to add more water.I bought one as a gift for my sister for her cats and she said that she likes knowing the “kids” have fresh water all day even if she is working later.I would completely recommend this to anyone looking for a fountain for their cats or dogs. Easy to use, great price and very quiet.

Worked Less than Two Weeks
We started using this, after reading the directions, and it was great when it worked. However, it stopped working- after less than two weeks :/ . Extremely disappointed, especially with the heat wave going on. We wanted to have fresher, continous water for our feline, and thought this might even be a better solution for when we take any weekend trips, as we worry water may runnout between pet sitter visits. Nope! Not recommending this product.

My cats love it but pump went out
I like that this fountain is quiet and it isn’t an actual fountain but more of a bubbling on top to keep the water flowing. All five of my cats, including my senior kitty, love to drink from it! So much so we have two units. I feel like my kitties stay well hydrated now, especially important as temperatures are getting hotter every year. The only downside is that the pump stopped working exactly a year after we purchased it. But for the price, I didn’t hesitate to buy another one.

Smart design, east to keep clean and refill.
This item is well designed, the pump sits it the water bowl which then sits on the external charging plate. A green light indicates adequate water levels, a red light indicates too low water. It runs quietly, the cats used it immediately. A narrow brush is supplied for cleaning tight spots. Very happy with it.

No replacement filter pump
I loved that this fountain comes right off the base. However, my pump broke two months into using this water fountain and there are not pumps compatible with this brand from what I have seen. I’ve been bounced through customer service, receiving no help whatsoever. Ended up buying a replacement water fountain by the brand petlibro, which I enjoy much better!

Très jolie fontaine qui ne fait pas de bruit ou juste un petit bruit d’eau qui coule .. vous pouvez changer ou enlever la petite lumière en appuyant sur le bouton juste devant vous..Très facile à nettoyer et filtres par très chers..Parfait !! Et quelques temps plus tard la pompe s’est arrêtée mais le vendeur a été réactif et me l’a changer. Le système n’est pas fait de la même façon et elle fonctionne parfaitement
