Reliable, functional eco friendly poop bags!
I have been using these compostable bags for over 2 years. Consistent quality and appreciate a fully compostable bag with no microplastics. Easy to open and use with a dog pulling on a leash with no tearing. I appreciate zero scent and find these bags a cost effective option.

Pretty durable for being compostable
I love these bags because they are pretty sturdy and they are compostable. The only thing I didn’t like is trying to take the tape off to start using a new roll would rip a hole in the first bag. But I figured out a trick. Do not try to tear the tape off. Just rip it sideways where it’s taped over the starting edge. The tape rips in half easily. It just won’t come off the bag easily.

Forget plastic, these are good!
I’ve been using these bags for a year and a half and they’re great! It feels so good not needing to buy plastic anymore for this single-use task! My dog is 53 pounds and I’ve never had a bag tear.A few tips:• Instead of trying to peel off the sticker at the beginning of the roll, just gently tear the sticker in half and leave the halves stuck on the bag.• When detaching a bag from the roll, don’t try to do it with gusto like when you rip off a plastic bag in the produce section. Do it gently and start from the middle, not the side. I place a finger in the center of the perforated line while holding it taut and then gently pull the bag off. Works just fine.• Moistening (licking) the fingers before gently rubbing the bag to open is essential, for me anyway. With my dry skin, I even have trouble turning pages in a book!None of this is difficult at all. Because the bags are soft and light, they’re really easy to tie into a knot! That’s a big plus! While it’s true that you can feel the contour of what you’re picking up since the bag material is incredibly thin, this is actually an advantage because you can be more precise. With the stiffer plastic bags, it happened many times that I couldn’t tell what I was doing in the dark and ended up squishing you-know-what into the grass in a big mess!A little gentle finesse will take you further, and being gentle with Earth will take us further as well, so I wholeheartedly recommend the Codirom bags!

Actual eco-friendly bags
After learning my previous “eco-friendly” bags weren’t actually compostable, I found these. They work perfectly with no rips or leaks, fairly easy to open, the material feels high quality, and standard sizing so the rolls will fit into your favorite holder no problem.

The packaging is bulky and inconvenient, but the bags are good, so far no leaking/tearing but I am still hesitant because they don’t feel nearly as sturdy as the plastic bags.
