Great product & customer service
Works great for training my pup! In less than 2 weeks my puppy is able to let me know when he wants to go outside and come back in. I had a few issues at first with the hardware, but the seller’s customer service was fast and resolved everything quickly. The doorbell is loud and clear. Just note: not all models say actual words—if that’s important to you, check the description and choose the right version.

Great Idea, not 100% reliable..
I put the bell on the door outside. Had to put peanut butter on it to train my dog to ring it. He knows to ring it now, but still will choose not to at times, which just requires more consistency from the humans living in my house. I’ve had it up for months now, and it’s begun not ringing when pressed occasionally. I was thinking it was because of the cold outside, but I’m not sure. I need to try changing the batteries in both the button and the reciever (though the receiver functions fine). Overall, I’m glad I got it. I want to purchase more buttons, but I will see about how this current set pans out first. If it doesn’t, I’ll look at other brands.

Does not appear to last very long before breaking.
It was great and lasted for about six months, my dog was easily trained to use it to go in and out. Problem was that when my dog would use it, it would stick and continuously ring over and over until we would have to unplug it. Nothing was making it stick such as dirt or debris. It was just beginning to malfunction. Nice while it lasted.

Ding Dong! This is a good buy!
OMG! We love this dog bell (most of the time when the pup isn’t constantly pushing it to go back outside to play)! Our pup took to using it quickly. It is easy for her to use her paw or her nose to push the button. The receiver has multiple sound levels and sounds to choose from. The stickiness is super duper strong. I put it down lower than I should have so that it would be a good height as she grew, but she still uses it now that she is taller where it is located. I can’t get it off of our door to put it at a different height lol! It lights up and you can somewhat hear the bell from the outside inside and vice versa. It’s been a good buy and lots of people are surprised she learned how to use a doorbell so quickly and consistently. It’s nice that we can have the volume turned up so we can hear it anywhere in the house to avoid accidents!

After a couple months it goes off without dog pressing it
After 2 months the outdoor button just started going off without being pressed. It freaked us out when it went off at 2am and we thought the dog was outside. But it just went off, barking or chiming, without being pressed. We even stayed up watching it to make sure squirrels or chipmunks weren’t pressing it. Nope. Just randomly chimes or barks. The return window is closed now so we can’t return or exchange it. Also the add has voices besides just sounds (“outside please”) but the options on the actual device do not include that. We spent all this time training our dog to use it and now we have to unplug it all the time so it doesn’t randomly go off, so she’s very confused. Disappointing.

Ghost rings it randomly, otherwise great
This things works wonderfully except that it often rings by it’s self. Sometimes it will just keep ringing over and over by itself ( home alone and my dog next to me) until I unplug the receiver. It is plenty loud, was easy to set up, and my dog caught on really quick. It is easy for her to press with her nose, she barely has to touch it. It sticks to the wall well too. If it didn’t just randomly ring like an annoying ghost was trying to get on my last nerve, it would be perfect.

Bought these last fall for my cats. We live on a small farm and I’m always worried there’s a cat stuck outside in the winter time after we go to bed. I taught a couple of them how to use it and they ring it when they want to come in!

This works exactly as it says, just plug in, attach to door and work on training your dog to use it. I have had it about a week now and he rings it about 80% of the time.
