Great for your little dog
This is a fantastic car seat! I bought it for my cousin’s little 5 lb dog. Never thought she would sit in it but to my surprise while on a long trip she decided to go from her Mom’s lap to the car seat. The dog ended up loving it! It is so cozy and she ended up settling down in it and going to sleep. The strap is a nice feature to hook on the harness so the dog is seeecure. But at first before we strapped her in we let her get used to the car seat and let it be her idea that it was her special seat. It worked like a charm! We also put little fleece blanket over the front part that folds down and it made it extra comfy for her little head to rest. It fits securely over the console. The only negative about it was it had a chemical odor but that came out after about four cycles through the washing machine with soap and vinegar. I rinsed it a couple extra times and hung it up by the straps to dry. It washed beautifully.

The carrier is nicely made and the design is well thought out.
I received a grey carrier as a Black Friday deal, so for the price this was a pretty good buy. Walter (a six pound mix puppy) is happy riding in the car in his travel carrier and doesn’t seem bothered by the sparsely padded pillow that is in the “floor” of the carrier. I haven’t anchored it in to the seat, but it stays pretty stable without doing so…although I wouldn’t do any slamming on brakes without having the seat anchored.

Many pros, a few cons
This car seat fit my Yorkie fine, seems well made and comfortable. It is also cute. But it was difficult to get the straps tight enough on my console and, once in place, I was always bumping my elbow against it while driving, making me feel crowded. He was also able to stand up in it and put his paws on my shoulder . I tried to adapt it to fit in the passenger seat, but my puppy wants to be next to me. The strap from the pet car seat to his collar was long enough, he curled up on the console itself to sleep. I had first put the car seat inside a similar sized crate and buckled it in the back seat. I thought if I stopped suddenly, my dog would be cushioned and the crate was secure. My dog would sleep in the house with the car seat in the small crate but wouldn’t settle down in the backseat of the car while traveling.There will be some trial and error -and training – to get my puppy traveling comfortably. This particular product is a good one, aside from the problems with the straps. It just isn’t working for my puppy yet.

Perfect Fit for Two
We bought this to take a 24 hour road trip and it was perfect. We have 3 dogs and the two smaller dogs always want to sit in our laps which gets to be too much after hours of driving. This seat allowed them to feel like they were right beside us and they loved it. It’s Large enough for two small dogs or a medium sized dog. It has a seat belt built within it. My Frenchie and Terrier both fit in it. It also worked great as a bed in the hotels and resorts.

I love this, my little 10 lb dog loves to sit on the center console in the front and back seats but i wanted her to be more safe, this exceeds my expectations, she loves it and its super cute and keeps her safe. The size is perfect and its super light. Its very easy to take in and out of the car and i love the straps it comes with so i can take her in the stores when needed

Needs extra safety added
This has worked really well for transporting puppy. However, the plastic snaps on front flap did not even make it past the first use. The plastic is weak and broke right away. I like how it straps to the console but in an accident the tether inside will not keep the puppy safe. I ordered a separate tether to attach to the front seat metal headrest bars. Easy to carry pup inside store in though and put into a cart. The tether will keep contained ok for this use.

Very sturdy! Now my fur baby can sit right by me!
My 2 year old Yorkie loves her new car seat. I have brought others Ana found this one to be the most impressive. My fur baby is 5.6 lbs and she does not like being too far from me. She was happy in her new car seat. She relaxed in, sat up and watch the outside scenery, and of course watched me! Her visibility is improved because she is able to look around while I’m driving.I’m so happy with my purchase! Also, there is a harness strap inside that connects to your fur baby’s harness and it is adjustable. This is great for safety reasons.The car seat is also so plush and soft. It’s thick and not too flimsy. Just perfect! I highly recommend this product!

Ok, definitely this product needed work to bring it up to Canadian standards. We used balsam wood to make a stronger bottom and we used thick cardboard to make the sides more stiff. If you want to reinforce it, the design is ok jut flimsey.

Fantastic product. Used every time we take our cat in the car and she loves it! It can be a little difficult to install and if not installed correctly, can slip forward or back when driving.
