Buy these! Saved the day! Saved my sanity!
Long review but worth reading!!! I base my Amazon purchases a lot by the reviews I read. I usually won’t buy less than highest possible reviews. I was completely unprepared… I found a sweet dog in the street. Was almost hit and I had to help her. I brought her home and could not find owners. and realized… She was in heat!!!! No!!! I’ve never had a dog who went into heat… It made an already stressful situation worse. I had no idea you could buy dog diapers. I used baby diapers and it was a nightmare trying to keep them on the dog and I was cleaning up constantly. It was a horrible experience. I didn’t have the heart to take her to a shelter. She’s absolutely the sweetest dog ever and I recently lost my dog. I ended up keeping her and to my surprise…a month later… ended up figuring out she was pregnant and delivering her puppy. Thankful she only had one puppy, I decided to keep the puppy also. Made appts for both dogs to be spayed but the soonest appt I could get was late August. My dog (now named Mayzie) just went into heat again!! Two weeks before her appt!! Noooo! I tried using diapers again, but the puppy will NOT stop trying to take it off of her. By chance online I read about reusable diapers for dogs. I looked at so many brands and styles.The reason I chose this brand was because it was the fastest delivery I could find with decent reviews. But I was skeptical. Very. I also ordered suspenders to hold them on thinking I would 100% need them.If I could give this 10 stars I would. I got these diapers (3pack)literally the next day… and could not be more pleased! For reference, Mayzie is 14lbs. And definitely part pug. That’s all I know about her. She has a long torso and I measured her but they didn’t go well with the sizing chart. And I worried about choosing the wrong size. I ordered medium and they’re absolutely perfect! I thought maybe too small at first but there is just enough room to be comfortable.I put a regular panty liner inside so I’m not using them as the diaper. I wanted something disposable… The fact that my dogs tail is curled up may help these stay perfectly in place. I’m not sure but they do not move at all! and I can relax and not worry about accidents or leaks.An option I didn’t need but was impressed by when I received these is how they are made to be super adjustable to your dog. The Velcro is really strong and holds well. I have to hold my dog and pull pretty hard to take the diaper off. And it’s super easy and quick to put back on after potty breaks.There are buttons inside to adjust the leg opening…snaps on the outside to use to take up extra space if a little too big and Velcro so you can get a snug and secure fit around the waist.The best part… THEY DONT MOVE. They stay where I put them. No doubt the tail helps, but there is no need for the suspenders. These literally saved me and my sanity. I have not found one bad thing about this product. They are well made, sewing is complete and the fact that they have cute patterns is a plus. Function meets fashion!! This is my favorite review I’ve ever written. I was worried that I’d receive a product that didn’t work. But was so happy to be wrong.DONT HESITATE!! Order these!***** UPDATE ON RECIEW AFTER USING THESE DIAPERS EXCLUSIVELY THROUGH FULL HEAT CYCLE.I STILL LOVE THEM AS MUCH AS I DID WHEN I RECEIVED THEM. BUY THESE! I washed on delicate with cold water and hung them to dry. 5 out of 5 for sure!!

Leak Prevention
I accidentally left a diaper on my dog while I took him outside to use the bathroom and failed to realize until we were back inside. To my surprise, the diaper held all the urine without any leakage at all. Very good buy, definitely need to stock up on more.

Very high quality and secure Velcro. Fits our 125 lb female Newfie very well. Only negative is a positive. The Velcro needs to be secure when washing. Made the mistake of barely securing and found snagging on the inner lining during wash. I have not dried them in a dryer, preferring to air dry.

I purchased these in a XS when I adopted my sweet girl back in December. I figured she might pee in the house but to my surprise she rings the bell to go outside. So I haven’t used them. I was told she was spayed and she just went into heat… ugh. Needless to say I put these back on her due to her “leakage”. I did have to get a size S as the XS are now too small. She’s 7 pounds .They work well and she doesn’t mind wearing them. They’re very durable. This morning she must have slipped out of them so tonight I will put them a bit tighter. Overall they work and I recommend them.

Love these diapers I bought, the size I bought fit my adopted senior 6 lb. 3 oz. Maltese girl well & they are very cute looking & well made!For anyone whos interested here’s how I go about potty training all of my dogs to do their business outdoors on a leash accompanied by me. My girl had a few pee pee accidents in the beginning while she was still getting used to her new home with us & getting into a regular eating & potty outdoors routine. For the first few months there were occasional accidents indoors so whenever I was unable to keep my eye on her if I was doing house hold chores for a little while, then I would put one of these diapers on her to protect my rugs.My girl has since learned that pee pee & poo poo are best done outdoors and rarely ever has any accidents indoors anymore. I never, ever, ever yell at her. or hit her I never have and never will. She can just tell when a potty accident happens by looking at my sad face while I’m cleaning it up that it’s not what I want her to do and I calmly say a firm ‘no’ but not meanly. Yelling only scares a dog & teaches them to fear their humans. I would never dream of hitting any of my pets or any pet anywhere ever, it just teaches fear & distrust.Several years ago when I potty trained my other dog who was a boy puppy every time he would potty outdoors I would give him a tiny small spec of a treat. This taught him to look forward to doing his business outdoors. After few months he was fully trained to go potty outdoors. Taking him out frequently also helped him learn, such as ever half hour to an hour. After a while once time goes by my dogs begin starting to understand the behavior I want from them and they have less accidents indoors. Once they are beginning to understand what to do I begin to give the treat only ‘every other time’ they go potty outside instead. Then once they stop having accidents indoors slowly eliminate the treat reward for potty-ing outdoors altogether. The treat can be a healthy one such as tiny little cut up dehydrated meat kept in your pocket or near the door so you don’t forget it. This worked for my boy dog and I no longer needed to put a belly band on him. It works for all of my dogs.With my new little adopted girl I still bring a diaper along when I visit other people or stay somewhere else ‘just in case’, because a new environment could cause distress and an accident might occur and I wouldn’t want that to happen in someone else’s house. The best remedy for indoor pee accidents is frequent trips for them outside on a leash accompanied by us so they can go potty. Never withhold food or water from a dog or pet, that is extremely cruel & inhumane, not to mention a huge health risk. It takes, time, effort & responsibility to care for a dog, or any pet but they are sooo worth it. They share all of their love with us unconditionally, they each deserve the best care & treatment! I hope some part of this helps someone somewhere, and also helps their fur child!

I bought these a form my puppy’s first heat and I’m really impressed with the quality. Lots of adjustment points make for a great fit. The quality is above what I expected and they are really cute. I put a panty liner in it for quicker clean ups but the spillage washed out very well and didn’t stain. It’s also very absorbant, would probably work well as a incontinence diaper. My dog accidentally peed in it and the outside was still dry. Overall very satisfied and my dog likes them too, she never tried to take them off.

Estoy muy, muy contenta con estos calzoncitos para mi perrita.Los compré para el primer celo de mi perrita Jack Russell de piernas altas. Elegí talla M.Se ajustan de tantos lados que no se le zafan al jugar. (Recuerden que es cachorra Jack Russell, “un torbellino”).Podría ser apto para perritas mas flaquitas y para mas gorditas.A ella no le incomodan.Ella hace del baño en el patio y normalmente le quito el calzón para que haga sus necesidades. Pero en una ocasión no me di cuenta que había hecho popó. La popó salió normal, no se quedó en el calzón; pero me asusté pensando que había ensuciado el orificio de la cola y que había manchado el sillón. Y para mi sorpresa no ensucio para nada su calzoncito. También ha hecho pipí y no se le ha salido del calzón.Los puedo lavar a mano o en la lavadora.No son lo más lindo del mundo, pero en comparación con otros que he visto , estos no están feos.La parte que toca la piel es suave.Los recomiendo ampliamente.
