When Your Dog’s Kisses Are a War Crime
We love our dog, but sometimes his breath could stun a buzzard. When I saw this “no brushing needed” promise, I was suspicious. It sounded too good to be true—like a magic potion for dragon breath. The product is a clear liquid that comes in a sturdy plastic bottle with a handy measuring cap. You’re supposed to add a capful to your pet’s water bowl each time you refill it. It has a very mild, almost clean minty scent that I can barely detect, and more importantly, my finicky pup didn’t seem to notice at all. He drank his water like normal, which is the first major hurdle cleared. Now, let’s talk results. This isn’t an instant, mouthwash-level blast of freshness. After about three days of consistent use, we noticed a definite improvement. The “hot garbage” notes were gone, replaced by a much more neutral, acceptable doggy smell. It’s not minty-fresh, but it’s no longer a biohazard. My hope is that this is a product built for the long haul, quietly working day after day to keep things in check without any drama. The Good, The Bad, and The Less Stinky:What I’m pleasantly surprised by:· The ease of use is unbeatable. Just pour and forget. No wrestling with a toothbrush.· It’s completely tasteless and odorless to my dog. No fighting at the water bowl.· It genuinely works over time. The bad breath faded significantly.· One bottle seems like it will last a good while for a single dog. What gave me a moment’s pause:· This is a gradual solution, not an instant fix. Patience is required.· You have to be consistent. If you forget to add it, the effects seem to wear off.· It works on breath and oral health, but it won’t remove existing heavy tartar. That needs a vet.· For multi-pet households, you have to ensure all pets will drink the treated water. If you’re looking for a low-effort, stress-free way to make your dog’s breath more livable and support their dental health between cleanings, this additive is a fantastic helper. It’s for busy pet parents or dogs who view toothbrushes as mortal enemies. It won’t give your pup minty-fresh people breath, but it will make those welcome-home kisses a lot more welcoming. And for that, my nose is grateful.

Sherlock’s Breath Needs All the Help It Can Get
My dog Sherlock has the worst breath ever, which seems to be a common issue with little dogs. We already brush his teeth, give dental chews, and use dental powder additives, so adding a water additive felt like the next logical step for my adorable little stinker.I will say the instructions could be clearer. The bottle lists a 1:100 ratio but doesn’t give an actual measurement. It does come with a small plastic measuring cup on top, similar to liquid medications. In the product listing graphics, it specifies using 1 ml of additive per 100 ml of water, so we followed that guidance.Sherlock didn’t notice anything different and drank the water without hesitation. He’s had no digestive issues or negative reactions so far. It’s still early days, so I can’t speak to long-term breath improvement yet, but I plan to update the review if I notice a significant change in his “legendary” breath situation.

Provides protection against dental disease
My little dog Zoë has struggled with dental issues throughout her long life. At 12 years old, keeping her teeth clean has always been a challenge. Because she has such a tiny mouth, brushing is difficult and she resists me every time I try. After discussing this with my vet, he recommended a dental water additive to help combat plaque and tartar buildup. He explained that the enzymes in the additive coat her teeth as she drinks, working to deter buildup naturally. This enzymatic dog dental water additive turned out to be exactly what I needed. It contains the right enzymes to fight plaque and tartar, and best of all, Zoë doesn’t mind it at all in her water. That’s a huge relief, since she can be picky about changes to her routine. While I’ll continue to do my best with manual brushing, this additive gives me peace of mind as an extra layer of protection against dental problems. It’s a simple, stress-free way to support Zoë’s oral health, and I’m grateful to have found something that works for her.

Maybe I’m just dumb?
I didn’t find the instructions on how to dilute to be very helpful. It says dilute 1:100. Google was not very helpful in trying to figure out how to dilute the exact amount. For this reason I didn’t end up using it. I don’t feel comfortable just taking guess on the right amount and my babies getting sick.I did do some research because I don’t just give anything to my babies, the research I was able to do was all positive for this brand and their quality which is why I decided to give it a try. Just wish the instructions were easier.

Hoping it helps
Am hoping this helps with dental issues. Leaving out one star as the dosing info is not making me feel confident in how much to add to the water. It says to mix with a ratio to water of 1 to 100…..so what is that, like one little drop???? The bottle is well packaged, no leaking. The ingredients seem good. There is a warning to pay attention to a response from your pet and to make sure they are still consuming sufficient water. I know when I add a small amount of apple cider vinegar to water , my pets won’t drink it…so will not add this till I get holiday break and can observe them closely.

Wonderful addition.
I’ve been using this enzymatic water additive for both of my cats for a few weeks, and I’ve noticed a clear improvement in their oral health. Their breath is fresher, and the slight redness along their gums has decreased. It’s subtle but visible, and I can tell they’re more comfortable when eating. It’s very easy to use—just add the recommended amount to each cat’s water bowl. Both cats drink normally, and neither seems to mind the taste at all. With two cats, it’s convenient to maintain, and it helps reduce plaque and tartar without the stress of daily brushing. The solution seems gentle and safe; I haven’t noticed any stomach upset or changes in drinking habits. Overall, it’s a practical, low-effort way to support the dental health of multiple cats and keep their mouths cleaner between professional cleanings or brushings.
