Great Carrier
Cute bag, great size. I’m 5’10” so I like the strap length and think it’s comfy. It fits my 12-13 pound dog perfectly.

This carrier is different! My 13-lb Boston is able to fit reasonably comfortably and the whole bag stays close to my body as we move through subways, train stations and other situations in which I truly need at least one free hand. Other carriers slip off the shoulder or swing out or lurch in such a way that the dog is in danger of being deposited on the ground or hanging from the carrier by the safety leash. This one cinches around the neck and the carrier stays in front of you and it is possible to wear a backpack at the same time and pull a trolley behind you. I would not like this carrier for any long hauls but it works well getting from Point A to Point B. I have tried numerous other “one-hand” or “hands-free” carriers and this has been the only one that worked for me. My dog’s size is probably the upper limit of what the carrier can hold comfortably.

Great but neck strap loosens easily
Love this carrier for my Chihuahua! Compared to other brands this is somewhat sturdier but the neck adjustment strap comes loose in its own making it easy for my pup too try to slip out. Luckily it has a harness attachment inside as an extra safety measure.

What a great product for an elderly dog with lots of health issues! The pad to attach on the inside was basically useless for us. It just wouldn’t stay put and we quickly stopped trying to use it. That’s really my only gripe with this. It was amazing on a 4 day trip, with lots of walking(for the humans at least)! Our dog is almost 13 yrs old and has diabetes and cancer. She’s mostly blind and gets tired easy, so we usually end up carrying her. This was SO helpful. The pocket on the front is awesome. We put her leash and poop bags in there, along with a few treats. If you have a weak back like we do, it CAN cause some back pain after a while, but nothing you aren’t used to if you’ve ever been a parent. We had absolutely no businesses stop us or not allow her inside with this on. I guess a dog in a baby bjorn is pretty easily dismissed. It helps to have someone with putting the animal in the sling, but it’s definitely manageable solo. I can’t say anything else except, BUY THIS!

Ok,needs improvements
I ordered the small for my 2 pound chi baby, 12 weeks old.I put a small blanket square in the bottom fir added comfort, the inside is slick.The safety clip inside is adjustable and I like that feature.The length fits her pretty well, and she can stick her head out of the opening but it cuts into her little neck!!!The adjustable pull cord is awkward. I’m glad its located at the top but the long strings are a pain in the rear.The zipper is on the top as well. Nice to top load but again, I found it awkward to get her in because it doesn’t unzip all the way.The shoulder strap is comfortable enough and adjustable but unfortunately with the weight of the puppy inside it doesn’t stay where you adjust it too šNice concept but it needs work to be considered a great carrier.

Dogs love it!
Both of my dogs love it. I ordered o e just to make sure they would let me carry them in it. When it arrived I put our 15 month old Bichon in it and she practically got in by herself. She loved it and I couldnāt get her to step out. Then I tried our 14 year Bichonapoo in it and she equally loved it. It is sturdy, has a clip and adjustable netting to assure safety, and the strap is well padded with an extra Velcro pad that can be used. The built in pouch is large enough for phone, potty bags, cards and more and zips shut keeping items from spilling should you set the bag down. I highly recommend and plan to order a second one so both dogs can go places more often.

My puppy loves it!
I got my puppy when he was 2 months old and from day one I put him in this bag to go out. He loves this carrier so much, whenever he sees me get it, he jumps of happiness. I take him with me everywhere… to the market, stores, hair salon, and he behave impeccable. The fact that he can sees everything make it so much fun for me. I even hang this bag in the passenger seat and he ride with me safely in the car.And if the puppy is happy and safe, this Kangaroo mamma is happy too.

Good quality but the shape is uncomfortable.
Desided to give a 4 star review. The bag is good quality, good price and delivered fast. But the bag is very uncomfortable for my small yorkie. The bag fabric is too soft and my dog is like in a sack always moving and trying to get comfortable.
