Our cat loves this thick, comfy pet bed!!
We have a very picky, slightly heavy cat (he’s a larger breed), that already staked claim of this cushiony mat. We sat it in between our recliners, underneath the tall end table and our Fitzy-Baloo kitty has made it his throne. He lays there on it while we watch television and is perfectly happy and cozy.The mat is thicker than I was expecting and I doubt the cushion is going to give way to lumps anytime in the future. And I haven’t tried it yet, because we regularly brush the cat hair off, but it seems as though it would/will hold up nicely in the washing machine. The size is perfect for our kitty’s needs, but the pattern of the material is a little “busy”. But I didn’t get it for the way it looked, so much as how comfortable it would make our arthritis-suffering kitty. And comfy-cozy is exactly what we got! I am super happy with this find!

This dog crate pad has been a fantastic addition to our pet setup. The memory foam offers excellent support, making it ideal for older pets or those who just enjoy a little extra luxury. The short plush surface is super soft and fluffy with just the right amount of thickness—our cat immediately claimed it, but our dog sneaks naps on it too whenever he gets the chance!What really impressed me is how well it holds up after washing. I’ve run it through the machine a couple of times already, and it comes out looking fresh and fluffy with no flattening or bunching. It fits well inside our kennel and doesn’t slide around like some thinner pads.Whether you’re looking for a cozy crate pad or a comfy standalone pet bed, this one checks all the boxes: comfort, easy cleaning, and great value. Highly recommend for both dogs and cats!

Great for camp kitty!
When you care for as many kitties as we do you never have enough pads/pillows/blankets/etc. This product will definitely serve our kitty camp well and be enjoyed. I appreciate that it’s thick and sponge like. It also sort of matches some of our other crate pads that aren’t quite as thick but same sort of paw print pattern. The bottom of the pad has almost a denim fabric sort of feel to it. It’s not anti-slip but it’s more durable. I think this product is a good value, and it can be washed. I would just use caution when washing, I have found that agitating washing machines work best. You can place the pad inside the wall of the barrel in the machine and put some other blankets/towels in between the pad and the agitator. This way it gets soaked thoroughly and also rinsed well during spin cycle. Tumble washers almost always end up tearing apart the foam pad inside. If you don’t have an agitation washer machine you can soak it in the tub with laundry soap and borax, give a good rinse and let it air dry somewhere well ventilated. The cycle of wash, rinse, repeat never ends in a multi-pet home!

Cushy mat for dogs
This review is for the grey star Funecho dog crate pad, 36 x 24 inches, listed at $24.99.This pad isn’t thick enough for a crate pad in my opinion but is fine for a comfort station around the house. The outer material is soft and cushy, and the foam core seems springs back if I press on it and then remove my hand. For some of my dog’s classes the students are required to bring a portable crate, and this fits perfectly. Since it’s not too thick, the crate will fold up for transport without removing the pad.The pad arrived shrink wrapped in plastic but began to fluff up right away. It had a very strong chemical smell that reminded me of formaldehyde, and I needed to wash it twice to get the odor out. I placed it in the dryer on low heat per the instructions, and after several hours it was still very wet. I wound up placing it on a drying rack under a fan going at high speed. One edge was warped from being in the dryer even though the dryer was operated on a low heat setting. I hope it springs back into shape. Next time it’s washed I’ll just skip the dryer and let it air dry.Despite the lengthy drying process, I do like the pad and am giving it 4 stars.

Material Creates a Mess
Crate pad is soft & has medium thickness. The only negative issue is the material it is made of…I alternate this crate pad with another one as I wash them & the below pics are after (3) days…They larger gray pieces on the crate tray, are from the material of the crate pad. That is not including the pieces all over my dog and the floor, etc, I have washed it numerous times but there is just as much mess as there was when I bought it (3) months ago.

This is a quality mattress pad for your dog’s crate that is plush to the touch and provides a foam support for your beloved companion. It appears well-designed, fluffed up as stated after delivery, and is attractive. It could be used in a crate, or pulled out as an easily moved extra bed in other areas of your home. So far, it an appears durable and is high-energy chewer approved! My dog has a history of chewing up anything put in her crate: until this came along. Since its first use, she has shockingly gone to her crate during the day as a place to relax. When this bed is pulled out of her crate, she happily plops down on it wherever it is located to rest. I am so far quite impressed with its appeal, durability, and ease of use around the house. It is also high-energy dog approved!
