these work for my narrow reared dog
so far this is the only type that works for my dog. she can’t take it off. really have to look at your dog’s body type to determine whether it makes sense. my chihuahua mix has a narrow rear, so diaper must have some sort of collar otherwise it will just come off.

Expensive reusable, washable combo dog diaper/harness does not have adjustable neck-band.
This reusable diaper/harness seemed like an honest effort to solve the problem of doggie diapers that do not stay up on their own.Before ordering this, we measured our dog carefully according to instructions but it still took a couple of try-ons to find the right fit. When the diaper with the correct proportions arrived, we eagerly tried it on her — only to be disappointed that the neck band is NOT adjustable (the description suggests that it is, but it’s not). Only the belly bands are adjustable and they have a generous range, but this feature is useless if the neck band isn’t adjustable!To state the obvious: No two dogs are alike. There needs to be adjustability in the obvious places!Our dog is medium-sized and she is the absolute correct weight for her size. Her breed gives her a slightly wider chest and neck than other breeds. So while this collar might fit a medium-sized dog with a smaller neck, we must return this. Before trying this one, we had ordered one size up, but unfortunately that one was way, way too big overall, so we had to return that one too.This is disappointing because otherwise, the diaper seems well-made. The fabric is nice and smooth and the tushy area is generous enough that you can fit disposable pads in there (which I’d highly recommend doing, to absorb leaks because I don’t think this diaper would prevent leaks without extra absorbent pads. Plus disposable pads would prevent at least some of the odor from getting onto this reusable washable diaper).I can only give this three stars. For us and our dog, it only rated one star, but for other dog owners, it might work as long as you take into account its limitations – and if you’re willing to pay its hefty retail price.

Great product, wrong fit
This was a really nice product, well made. Unfortunately, our pup has a longer body, but small and the fit was off. It waz a bummer because would have been the ideal “chastity belt.” We even ordered 2 sizes. I definitely recommend, anyway.

Best purchase ever for female dog in heat
Perfect! This was the best purchase. Saves me from the stress of my dog ripping diapers off. This is a true lifesaver for this stubborn fur babies that won’t keep their diaper on when they’re in heat. I’m so happy I found this.

Superb quality…. only if it fit right
It doesn’t fit my GSD the way I hoped maybe it’s because I struggle putting it on her… my husband was able to put it on her…. thank goodness she’ll only be wearing it when she’s in heat…. otherwise trying to take it on and off every time she has to use the bathroom is a bit much for me.
