I am a doodle owner and I bought this grooming set to be able to trim my pup in between appointments. The thinning shear are great for thinning out the ears, tail and beard. The curved scissors are a little tricky to use so I have to practice more with them. They are not as easy to use as they appear. However, the grooming kit has everything you would need to do it yourself at home. It is good quality and does a nice job.

Originally bought these to groom my dog myself but found he wont sit still long enough. Love these for at home cuts between grooming. The scissors are good quality, fit good in the hands and are sharp enough for cutting.
