I wish I had this sooner
This tool is hands down the best thing ever when it comes to cleaning your dog’s teeth. Not only does it make cleaning built up stuff off easier and faster but it also has a light that is pointed at the exact right spot when using it. I have previously used the normal picks to try and remove build up but I’d have to use too much force and would end up slipping and hitting my dog’s gums so she would get fed up with it sooner.With this tool I was able to get her two top canine teeth done which both had a thick layer on them, and then the teeth to each side of them as well as a few other teeth all in one little session of cleaning before she got tired of letting me do it.I really wish I had this sooner because if I did then I could have more easily cleaned the tiny front teeth and she wouldn’t be having 1 -3 of them removed soon. (one is loose because stuff kept building up between the teeth and the tooth got a cavity or rotted out)It does make some noise once it is touching a tooth or a hard surface but I wouldn’t call it loud at all and if anything it is needed so you know 100% it is on and working. Although with how much it can remove at the highest level with a few little scrapes you’ll know it is working because the manual picks don’t work that fast.If you are able to get your dog to cooperate with teeth brushing, or have an extra person to hold them still, then this product is 100% worth the cost. at the time I’m writing this it is less than $30 which is a bargain if it means less cleanings.PSA: if you are cleaning your dog’s teeth make sure to also clean under the gums too. You don’t need to stab into them but just under the first few mm that touch the tooth. The tool can easily slide under there and you’ll need to do that because otherwise the buildup may still be there and will continue to cause issues.

First we need to straighten out what this kit is and isn’t. The primary use is as a dental scaling tool, removing the hardened tartar (calculus) from teeth but isn’t a tooth polisher that gives that extra smooth feeling when you go to the dentist.The scaling tool is not heavy and unwieldy, very manageable to deal with. Everything appears to be good quality and well designed and works as expected.This kit is not going to let you be a one person dental army for your fur baby, you will need help to be effective, even for easy and obedient dogs. Lifting up the flews (dog lips/cheeks) is the minimum you will need assistance with as you go about your doggy dental cleaning. You only have so many hands to work with and your dog only has paws, so plan ahead.The power portion of the scaler is provided by a Type-C USB, today’s universal format, and one cord is provided. The tool is easy to assess for charging, as it glows bright violet when recharging and a green light on the handle glows green for fully charged. Ease of use is built in with that.The scaler uses customized vibrations to help loosen and remove tartar. Trying it on myself, I found that slightly odd feeling you get when a dental office does, including a slight whine. The scaler literally ground up the tartar very quickly.l and painlessly. Other tools are made available in this kit for manual use, including a flat edged scraping tool. User care with all the tools, you don’t want to gouge tooth enamel.I would recommend using magnifying glasses or goggles for this job, the provided light on the scaler works well to help you see and make the most of it.Overall, this a good value with all the included tools, effective for use by patient pet owners and their fur babies.

It takes a bit of patience (and maybe a second set of hands), but it really does chip away plaque and freshen up your pet’s smile without the scary vet bill.✅ Pros:- Saves $$$ compared to professional vet cleaning- Quiet and only activates on teeth (so it doesn’t spook pets too much)- Built-in LED makes it easier to see what you’re doing- Comes with a full kit of dental tools and brushes- USB-C rechargeable and easy to rinse clean❌ Cons:- Takes a very patient pet (and sometimes two people) to use effectively- Tips are sharp and can get hot (“zappy” sensation) if pressed on gums/skin- No storage case for all the extra tools

I was skeptical at first about this because I know how important it is to have a professional dental cleaning under anesthesia for your dog so they can properly evaluate your dogs teeth/x rays etc. however, my dog had a dental cleaning a few months and the plaque is already starting to slowly build up. It was easy to train my dog to get used to it while it was off and he isn’t exactly the most cooperative and in one session I was able to clean almost all of his teeth. It’s good to clean your dogs teeth inbetween professional cleanings or for younger dogs that have mild buildup. The light makes it easy to see exactly where you are scaling. I would not recommend for dogs that have severe tartar buildup especially in elderly dogs as you have no idea what’s going on under the gumline.

My dog has never had her plaque removed before until this tool . It comes off almost effortlessly! Really helped her bad breathe. It took a little bit for my dog to get used to this device touching her teeth but once she become comfortable , it was easy as could be ! The picks and different tools provided are really high grade and useful for getting into area that would be harder to get too !I spoke with a dental tech after using it and let her test it out on her dog , and she was VERY impressed with it ! Even compared it to some of the professional grade equipment they use in dental offices!

This dental cleaning kit comes with all the tools to keep your pet’s teeth and gums healthy. Besides the electric cleaner you get a double headed toothbrush, various dental tools, replacement cleaning heads, a protective cover and a USB C charge cable. The cleaner seems scary until you use it… there’s no vibration till you touch the teeth and its surprisingly easy to use. I was surprised that 2 of my dogs didn’t have any issues with it (apart from not particularly liking to have something such in their mouths). The third took 2 people, but she doesn’t like any sort of grooming, so her behaviour doesn’t reflect on the electric cleaner. Once they suffer through it, the results are fantastic. This is a good and, with safety mechanisms and auto off, is easy to use without causing harm to your fur babies.
