Happy with this purchase. At first I was concerned that flies might access the bin but it seems airtight when closed. It rained and no water got in the bin.

I really wanted to like the Dog poop trash can. It comes without instructions on how to put it together, which isn’t really a problem, since it is quite obvious how it all goes together. But the foot pedal is a problem, because the part that attaches it to the lid does not stay connected to the foot pedal. I just open it by hand and ignore the wayward parts. You will also discover that the silver handle part of the inner can needs to be front facing. Else it will not close. I do like the size. Any larger and you need significant effort to lift it out and heft it into the trash container the city provides. Yeah, those are only problems for short and weak people. It’s something you can ignore if you still walk without a cane and are taller than 5 feet. The included trash bags are a bit flimsy. So all told, the trash can works , the size is just right, but construction of the thing isn’t the best. But if you get a bit sturdier bags, then you have a trash can that makes it easy to control odor and it is easy to remove dog or cat waste. The price is a bit steep for the quality that this product represents.

Almost perfect
I’m still going 5 stars on this one as it’s so close. The biggest negative is the bags that are included are super thin and break if there’s too much weight. I have not had one break open, but tear as I try to get it out of the bucket. I typically end up throwing it in a second heavier duty trash bag or grocery bag before putting it in the trash can as I don’t want that mess..That said, the can is a great size and has a second “bucket” inside the outer can that can be removed to clean or make it easier to change the bags. Very easy to use, solid and sturdy construction. There was some assembly needed and no instructions, so took some logic, but eventually got there.The “claw” is excellent and very well made. Overall, this is my new go to for the yard. Definitely recommend for ease and value at the list price.

It also came with zero instructions and it took me a minute to figure out which direction the parts were meant to face. Overall, snap in place with little pressure required.I got this to serve two distinctly separate functions. I have a 10 pound dog who I let run into the back yard to do her thing and come back inside (Poop claw). I also have a 9 pound geriatric cat who stopped using the litterboxes when I put down pee pads for the aforementioned dog to use while I’m at work (trashcan).I started with the trashcan because I could immediately put it to use. The bags fit perfectly and there are a multitude to last a minute. The lid closes securely and opens easily. The can is large enough to hold a couple of days worth of used pads and it keeps the odor contained. The can is also compact enough to blend in to the room with the dark color. So far, it is a win.The claw I had to wait for the weekend to try. I have a big yard and don’t get home until twilight or dark. This went all the little treasures were dried up and easy to collect. The claw worked fairly well. I did notice my hands are smaller than it was designed for and my arthritis got cranky because I was collecting a weeks worth of poop. Overall it works effectively and efficiently. The handle is short, so if you are taller, you will need to bend more. But your fingers are probably longer and the mechanism will be easier to use.

Dog poop bucket
I wanted a cleaner way to deal with yard waste than using grocery bags and a random bucket, and this does the job. The can is a good size — not so big that it becomes overwhelming before emptying, but large enough to hold several days’ worth with two medium dogs. The foot pedal is handy when your hands are full, and the lid seals fairly tight to keep odor down.It comes with rolls of bags that fit perfectly, though you could use any 20L bags. The scooper folds, which is nice for storage, and works fine on grass and patio. It’s not the most heavy-duty scooper I’ve used, but it’s good for light to moderate use.After a week of hot weather, I can say the odor control is decent. It’s not 100% smell-proof when you’re right next to it, but it’s much better than the old system I was using. It makes daily cleanup less of a chore, which is exactly what I needed.

This dog poo bin comes with some pieces inside the bin that need attaching, I managed to get it up and running quickly, it is easy to work out how it fits together, I’m sure a printed instruction sheet wouldn’t be too much to ask for people who struggle with it though.The bin is a good size at 20l and is well made and feels sturdy enough, it has a smaller internal bin which lifts out, the internal bin only goes back in one way for it to close properly though.The pedal lifts the lid without having to touch anywhere, I have bagged the poo before disposing of it as the bin bags that come with it don’t seem very strong, they are really thin and flimsy.The bin works really well and is totally waterproof, the lid closes enough that the water doesn’t get inside, it also stops odours from escaping too.At £52.98 at the time of writing this review, this is expensive for a plastic pedal bin, I honestly don’t think it is worth the cost as much as I like it.

This dog poo bin has been a great upgrade for us! We were previously using one of our old, broken recycling bins, but this is so much more practical and hygienic.The foot pedal makes it really easy to use without touching the lid, and the removable inner bucket makes emptying it quick and mess-free. It also comes with 100 bags, which is a nice bonus to get started.What really impressed us is the odour control — even in warmer weather, there’s no smell lingering in the garden. It’s sturdy, well-sized (20L is plenty), and looks much neater than what we were using before.Perfect for any dog owner who wants to keep their outdoor space cleaner and more organised. Highly recommend!

This is a super handy dog poo bin, we got this for our garden to whack our dogs poop bags in to save stinking up our regular refuse bin. I was impressed that these came with 100 bags for it which will keep us going for a while, after that, it should fit any 20L refuse bags.When I opened the bin, the pedal was inside and needed attaching, but there wasn’t any instructions for this which is a bit of an oversight as it wasn’t immediately obvious to me what to do. I had to look on the listing page where there was a diagram on how to attach it, it was simple in the end, there’s also 2 chunky plastic pins which need clicking into the hinge part of the lid, this was actually the most fiddly part for me as it took me a while to get them to click in properly.The set also comes with a long handled pooper scooper, this isn’t something we generally need to use as it’s cumbersome to take on walks, but useful for those unable to bend.A good quality, good capacity bin, handy for smelly poo bags and even the odd nappy! Smooth pedal mechanism and well thought out, recommended – just needs instructions to assemble pedal for simplicity!
