It ‘s very pretty. Looks sturdy enough,but the dog is still a puppy. Not supposed to go out until it has all the vaccines. That will be by July. Then it will be going for training . To make it short, the backpack has not been used yet.

Fits everything an adventuring hound needs
This backpack was just what I needed for our adventuring 75lb coonhound. She spends at least 3 days a week put of the house camping, hiking, canoeing and staying at hotels and airbnbs. With everything in one spot I always know she’s packed and ready to go without making a list of dog supplies for every adventure.This thing has SO much storage for a little backpack and I can keep it all organized into sections so I know just where everything is. The zippers are good quality and the fabric seems strong. It’s been a couple months now and even though it gets thrown in and out of the car all the time, there are no signs of wear. It’s also a comfortable backpack for me to put on.The food storage holds about 5 days of food for her in total and she tends to just eat directly out of them like a bowl. (She can be trusted to free feed, this might not work with every dog.) There is a collapsible bowl pictured in the listing but that’s not included. I prefer my own collapsible bowls anyway so that wasn’t a deal breaker.In the picture you can see all of the items we normally carry: 5 days of food, two collapsible bowls, dog bug spray, paw wax, rain coat, 100ft dog run, running leash and belt for the human, dog towel, poop bags treats, dry shampoo, training collar and charger AND the backpack she wears on hikes. There is still PLENTY of room for me to shove in any other odds and ends like an alternative harness if I need to.I looked at SO many similar products before landing on this one and I’m very satisfied with my choice. (Bonus picture of the adventure hound just because dog pictures are my favorite part of reading amazon reviews.)

Perfect for traveling
This is perfect for traveling with your pet! I use a Tupperware container for his food and med, snacks, and a couple toys for on top. The backpack style is perfect so you can have more hands for your own items and the leash. Must have!!
