Perfect Stainless Steel Water Fountain
Great fountain! Animals love it and it’s easy to clean. Dishwasher safe on top rack. Love the larger capacity and runs super quite. Water flow is perfect for my kiddos and design is made to be easy to be taken apart and put back together easily.

High quality but my Golden doesn’t like it.
I don’t know why I keep trying these. My golden hates them all. I hope your dog likes it better. It’s high quality. The water stays clear and fresh. It doesn’t splash all over. Maybe that’s why my dog doesn’t like it. He slashes water everywhere from his regular bowl. He’s a messy boy. He did not splash water from this bowl which would have been a win for me, so I’m keeping it and trying to train him to use it. I’ll update if he eventually gets used to it but so far he prefers a regular bowl and me being the 24/7 splash cleaner upper. I’m sad. Hahaha, yuck.I give it five stars for quality, function, excellent packaging. Absolutely nothing wrong with this item. My dog is a spoiled brat!

Dogs love it!
This is awesome! My dogs now drink more water, and I can sure tell the difference. They also let me know when it is low on water! The stainless steel is easy to take care of, and the water flow is consistent until it is low on water. I like the design; it’s not too big and it is simple. You don’t have to be a brain surgeon to clean it either!

Purchased in December’24. Light comes on but no pump. Quit July 4,2025. Had regular cleaning of filters. Will see how well their replacement service works. Only reason for 4 stars.Large bowl and very quiet. Easy to clean. Easy to assemble and take apart for cleaning. I like the 2 filter system which can be cleaned easily with water.Motor/pump is extremely quiet. It took a week for my dog to start drinking but now it’s the first place he goes when upstairs. Blue light is helpful but it’s hard to detect water level. We fill when we hear the pump get louder.The cord is long and is an AC to a usb type plug.I would buy again or gift to pet owner friends.I purchased one other product and chose this one because of stainless bowl, amount of water and lowest pump noise.

I and my critters love it!
I really love this water bowl for our critters! The stainless-steel construction is easy to use and clean. The filters seem to work well and only need to be replaced once a week. Our 2 dogs and 4 cats love the fountain and the filters are reasonably priced and easy to replace.

UPDATED – Smartoo replaced the pump no questions asked and for that we are quite impressed and grateful. We appreciate them living up to their guarantee.This item broke after less than six months. It just stopped working. Disappoint. Until that point it was great but not so now. Very unfortunate. I hope that they’ll replace it given the cost but I’m not holding my breath.
