Train your dog to use it…
Please, people, don’t think your dog is going to master this in one setting. I start my dogs on the ladders with NO legs on the ladder, then work them up to adding the legs to the ladder. My puppies start at 3 months.Ladders teach dogs hind-end awareness. It takes time for them to realize they have a hind-end to master the ladder. It takes training.Also, the ladder, with the legs on is for a taller dog. If you only have small dogs, just cut the PVC or buy short stubby pieces.With that said, I LOVE this ladder! I have my puppy, who is 11 months working with it. He can do it fine on the ground, but moving it up is an entirely different exercise. We go slow, with lots of treats. He has been working with a ladder on the ground since he was 3 months. Obviously, a 3-month-old could not use it off the ground! It is too tall. But he is mastering this day by day. He is in training for competition agility, obedience, and rally. EXCELLENT and very happy with this ladder and the bag. I also test for AKC Trick dog titles and will use this ladder for trick testing!

Good Agility Training Set
This MKSY dog agility training set is a good set for begining training dogs at agility. I have done agility with my dogs for the last fifteen years and still attend classes. This agility set is great for backyard training or taking to the park or a friends house. The duffle bag included carries all the equipment quite well. All the items snap together to create weaves and a jump. Whether training for agility or just having fun with your dogs this is a great set.

He’s doing his darnedest to catch on, but this goofy dude is trying to find other ways to play with the equipment, trying to be too smart for his own good. This is quick and easy to put together, providing the pieces aren’t walking away under dog-power. Don’t let them have pieces for long, a good chewer will put the hurts to it fast.My big girl will do anything I point her to, and figures stuff out with no more than 3 goes, this is one she will do – once or twice – to prove to me she can, but “Silly-human-stuff” like agility just is NOT her gig.

1. Material should have been 3/4ā heavy duty PVC.2. One connector was missing.3. Two connectors broke while assembling.4. After assembly the unit was flimsy and broke apart as dogs walked through.5. Not worth my time to return.6. Amazon should have been more selective.

Great starter set for agility training
My dogs are both very athletic dogs and they need extra stimulation. While real agility course training might be in their future, it’s not currently something we could do. So, I found this to be a great introductory set for them to start out with. It has some basic tools to just start growing their confidence over time, which I’m happy about. It’s a bit cheaply made and there’s no instruction manual so just follow the pictures and you’ll be fine.
