Great fountain even 2 1/2 years later!
I bought this fountain back in April of 2023. It cost 20 bucks. So, pretty cheap. Itās is October of 2025 and I am just now looking at replacement fountains. The fountain still works! Itās just starting to slow down a bit. Honestly longest running cat fountain iāve ever had. Especially since I think it was the cheapest one I bought. To be honest, I will probably rebuy this fountain. Itās lasted a long time and I could probably get another year out of it at least. Iām replacing it just because I know eventually itās time will come. But Iāve really had no issues with it. It doesnāt leak, the water last a couple days before it needs refilled (I have multiple cats), it keeps the water well filtered and clean, and my cats that prefer drinking from spouts like a sink have loved it! So just an idea for cat owners that donāt want to spend 50 plus dollars on a fountain, I think this one is worth it!

Best Fountain Iāve purchased
I purchased this in December of 2022. It has been going strong since.Noise level: 4/5 ā I rated the noise a 4/5 only because it does get loud when the fountain is low on water. I like that it does get a little louder, but it can be pretty annoying when there is still plenty of water to last another day since I clean it weekly (same day every week).Cleaning and size: 3/5 ā I have two cats who use the fountain, so the size is perfect since they typically are out of water on the same day every week. This is when I do a basic wash to remove any bacteria and built up hair. I deep clean it every two weeks and replace the filters (usually just the white one, but sometimes the black one is replaced 2x a month. Deep cleaning is when I use the brush. I also try to take apart the motor piece every month or 2 months.Assembly: 5/5 ā super simple to get started and there are plenty of photos for the motor piece (what can come off to clean better)Previously owned the catit fountains with the pineapple and flower version and this fountain is by far more superior to the ones sold in pet stores. The stainless steel makes it super easy to keep clean and there is never any slimy residue on the stainless steel parts. The motor can get slimy if it is not cleaned properly (move the blue thing as you clean and clean the bottom suction parts). I do have hard water where I live, so it has some hard water staining and we recently had to clean the spout (by blowing into it) that had build up from the water. We have never had any mold or gross gunk that wasnāt directly from the cats or water. Currently the motor is struggling, and I suspect my hard water is the problem and not the product itself. But overall, this is one of the best on the market and I recommend it to all of my friends!

Do Not Recommend! Broke and Never Received Replacement
My fountain worked a few weeks before the water stopped coming out of the one spout. I previously owned an older version from this company, but it also became unusable. After 5 different attempts to receive the replacement fountain, I have given up. The company says they are going to ship it and then never does. Clearly, they do not care about their customers. 5 times they said they would send replacement in 3-5 days and then nothing. I then contacted them again asking where it was, and they said they’d send it, and nothing ever came so I assume that reaching out for the 6th time will not make any difference and I will not get a replacement.I will add that the fountain was decent and LOOKS nice, but it does get dirty quick. I changed my filters 1-2 times a week and still the fountain was really gross inside. It is seriously a hassle to clean, and you can’t tell its dirty until you open the top and look inside since there is no window to see inside. I wouldn’t recommend unless you can take 30-45 minutes out of your day to clean the fountain every other day and spend a lot on filters to replace it far more often than it says you need to. Really bummed as I enjoy the stainless steel, but it does not work as it should and even if it did not break it still is overpriced and a hassle to clean. It needs a better filter system and better customer service. Maybe mine gets super dirty because it is defective/broken, but I can’t say for sure. I want my money back or the replacement that was offered to me many times but never actually given. Seems I’ll get neither, I would not recommend at this point.

Orange Cat Approved!
My beautiful orange man loves it! I like that the pump is connected to the top so it sets in the water, instead of trying to attach it to the bottom while putting the top on. Very easy to put together. Stainless steel so it’s better for your cats while still being reasonably priced. Very quiet pump with just a small trickling water sound. I just wish it showed the water level, that’s the only reason this isn’t 5 stars.

Good product. I switched from a plastic one to this one for cleanliness. Itās easy to clean and easy to assemble. No light or window so you will only know when it needs more water when it struggles to pump (you will hear it struggle). Happy with my purchase.

I purchased this back in June 2023. Now it is November 2025. Gotta say that it has been working since day 1 and until now nonstop with absolutely no problems. It is also silent and when the water level drops down then you can hear it and that would be your clue to fill it up again. My cats absolutely love it and they definitely started to drink more since we got it. I canāt recommend more!!

Why did you choose this product over others?:Bought this fountain due to the good price and the option to put the disassembled parts into the dishwasher for easy cleaning.Having only had experience with plastic cat fountains before this and our cats kept tipping it over we switched to a bowl but this was tipped over every so often we wanted a cheap and cheerful solution this was an ideal choice.Ā The fountain has become a perfect addition to the cats everyday routine. The fountain cannot be tipped over but splashing does occur skin it’s best to keep it on a runner/waterproof mat. The fountain is a good height for the cats as they can sit upright and drink from the spout. One cat likes to stick her paw under the spout and drink like that. Another likes to drink from the shallow pool of water instead.Runs on USB and provides a gentle consistent stream of water which is kept fresh and circulated. All debris and fur is caught in the filters which are very easy to maintain and clean. Fountain is very easy to take apart to rinse and refill.It’s very quiet and will be obvious when the water level is low as you can hear audible water running and trickling in the fountain as the body isn’t see through.Ā Overall, we have 3 cats and they have each taken to the fountain very well and are drinking more water on a day to day basis. Very satisfying to watch them drink from the fountain and know they are thoroughly hydrated.Ā

The best water fountain on the market! I had been using one of those plastic Catit flower water fountains before but hated that they were plastic (bad for bacteria growth), the lid didnāt fit properly, and it was so noisy and didnāt last very long before needing to be refilled. This one is the complete opposite! Super silent, you forget itās even in the room. Clean stainless steel for easy clean up. Stainless steel is recommended because itās non-porous which means easier to clean and less likely to cause bacteria growth, and less likely to cause skin irritation on pets who often have plastic allergies that cause cat acne. The large capacity makes it so it can go awhile before needing to be refilled, so far Iāve counted 2 weeks before needing to be refilled and we have two cats. They can drink from both the stream of water or from the bottom. The cats love it! We were worried about their water intake since cats are prone to bladder crystals from not drinking enough, but cats are encouraged to drink more from flowing water sources. This one also comes with a filter which is great! This product is also made with good quality materials and I donāt predict it will be breaking down easily.Definitely recommend this water fountain! Way better than even the brand name fountains out there.
