6 Months Continuous Use, 2 Cats, No Issues – EXCELLENT!
I have had this fountain for 6 months to provide water for 2 cats. It has been amazing for us! It’s easy to clean and replace the filters every couple of weeks. The battery power lasts more than a month (nearly 2) with the sensor feature going 24/7. I keep it in the master bathroom, and the noise is really quiet – I hear it when I use the bathroom and trip the sensor. Definitely quiet enough to sleep through for me (very light sleeper), and if it were in the actual bedroom a more sound sleeper would have no problem with it. Once I’m asleep, it wouldn’t wake me in the same room, either. The blue light on it is pretty minimal, but someone very sensitive to light at night (like me) would probably prefer to have it in another room, around a corner, or behind something else so it’s not directly in your eyeline – again, it wouldn’t wake me but might annoy me trying to fall asleep. All that said, my two cats share this and drink MUCH more water every day than they did from a bowl or from another ‘fountain’ I purchased that dispensed water from a flower fixture on top. I’m very happy with this fountain and haven’t had a single issue with it in 6 months of continuous use.

Kitties Will Love It!
me and my kitty kiddos love this product. My cats were a little weary of it at first cause the automatic feature, but they soon grew to love it. They use it all the time the battery lasts forever and it’s great that it’s rechargeable and I don’t have to continue to re-buy batteries. It’s super easy to clean. It’s quiet it’s effective. It holds a decent amount of water. Super easy to change out filter.

Update 5/2025I’m slow at updating. Company contacted me through the crummy communication here and we eventually connected. They replaced the pump.It works great now. Thanks!!!!Tip- make sure you shut it off before charging it. It doesn’t shut off automatically when disconnected from the base.Update 2/1/25The pump stopped working. It won’t charge anymore. I’m not sure what’s wrong with it but it no longer works. I’m outside of the return window.The cats are not happy.*********I really like the size, portability, and more of this little fountain. I love that there are replacement batteries and filters available for it. The filter is super easy to replace. My cats LOVE this fountain. My calico kitten plays in it. All three of them use it daily.It’s SILENT unless it needs water, or the filter is clogged. I have it tucked next to the toilet in my bathroom. (Can’t tell you how many times my robe edge has dipped in on accident!) If it starts to make a little noise, I just add water from my sink in the bathroom. No need to remove the lid! Just use a cup to pour water slowly in while it’s running. It’ll drain fast enough if you’re careful.The battery releases easily and charges quickly. I can remove it with one hand generally. I’ve only NEEDED to charge it once since purchase, and started using it more than 2 months ago. I have it on motion sensing. With its location and setting, it runs a LOT!I’m tempted to buy a second one for my chicken hospital cage.

Pump stopped working …update replaced
My cat is devastated that this water fountain stopped working!! He kept trying to make it come on and it didn’t only had for 4 months and the pump stopped working if I wiggle it around I can get it to come on then it stops again…the battery is fully charged so that’s not the problem…He loved this fountain But I’m hesitant to buy another so I will go with a different brand…Update on the water fountain the company reached out to me and replaced the water fountain! This makes my cat very happy he is not crying at me every hour now…Thank you so much for the replacement!!

Practically perfect pet fountain – I will own no others from here on out!
The Pros:Let me start by saying that this is TRULY a wireless fountain. Just charge the pump and put the fountain anywhere. You can easily turn it off and remove the pump for charging while leaving the fountain itself where it lives.It’s also one of the quickest and easiest fountains to clean that I’ve ever found. The filters are both OUTSIDE of the pump, allowing a quick rinse/replace as needed. No annoying little weird things sticking out randomly in the reservoir for no good reason (except to have to scrub around with a toothbrush). And the pump itself can be gotten to reasonably easily for a deep cleaning. It also doesn’t really splash outside the fountain itself, so not much wiping up needed in the area either.You can also add water from the top. The slit where the water drains back into the base will funnel far more than the normal amount of water the pump pushes, so you can just pour extra water in as needed. (Mind you, you do have to be a little patient and not pour too much too quickly. But the fact that you don’t have to tear it apart to refill it is awesome. That cannot always be said of fountains that keep the bulk of the water away from the open air.)You have your choice of modes for the pump also. There is a built-in motion sensor that is surprisingly sensitive several feet away, that turns on the pump for about 10 seconds when the cat approaches. Timer mode turns on the water every 15 minutes for 20 seconds. The pump itself is very quiet. So much so, that I hear the water splashing, not the pump, and even that is quite unobtrusive. The fountain apparently stops running when the water level is too low so as to not damage itself, but I haven’t tested that. It DOES have a red light that comes on, indicating it’s perhaps time to refill.And I LOVE that it has two different drinking styles. The main mimics a water faucet. It’s their favorite. But it also has a small “pool” up top for those that don’t like/can’t get the hang of drinking from the falling water.The Cons:I could wish the motion detector flow lasted longer than 10 seconds. My old cats just don’t drink that quickly and I end up waving at it from my desk nearby to re-activate the flow. But still preferable to the every 15 minutes as there are too many cats and they are not used to having to pay attention to time. Even a perma-on option might be nice, but I can see that causing the battery to burn out much faster.A SLIGHTLY deeper top “pool” with a SLIGHTLY larger drain into the reservoir. Just because I’m lazy and would prefer to refill slightly faster without opening it up. But a very minor point and hardly worth calling it a “con”. The shallowness of the top pool does occasionally lead to some splashing around the edges or outside, but not much at all.Also super minor (and mostly for other cats than mine), perhaps a redesign of the pump someday, where it would allow a “bubble up” feature for the water before that goes into the more faucet-like fall? Not at all necessary in my book, but a thought to add a third drinking option that some cats seem to like. (But I’m quite happy with the faucet and pool and loathe to even include this as a “con”. Just a suggestion really.)

Brilliant item and great quality. Just set it up and cats x2 immediately drinking from it. They love it!Simple tip: the water wasn’t flowing, turns out the silicone pipe had a small seal over the top of it that needed to be removed (at the battery top part, not down near the impeller). Try that if the pump is firing but you aren’t seeing water!

I’ve been using this filter for several months now. I terribly regret buying it. I have to change the filters every 3 days since they barely keep the water clean and when I do the water is always dirty and the fountain is slimy (hence cleaning and changing the every three days) the battery last long I have to give it that only reason I gave it two stars. Other than that not worth the buy and I highly don’t recommend. I’m keeping it for now till I find a better fountain for my cat.
