Update: my only complaint is that it doesnāt turn off. Following the instruction, it says press once + long press 3 seconds will turn it off, but it doesnāt. Always just either switches the water mode, or goes into the internet connection mode. Although I can take off the tank to fill water even without shutting it off, but itās frustrating itās not working as it should be, and I need to be extra careful not to spill water when taking the tank off while itās still pumping!āāāāāso far it works great. Took my cats half a day to get used to it. It really has no noise!!!! Trust me. Only when the water level is low you can hear a noise. And just add more water that’s it~There is no leak concern because of design flaw like some other brands i saw, because any water not drank by my cats is going right back to the tank under the tray. And all parts touching the water can be taken out to clean. To be honest, I don’t even see where the pump is or whether there is a pump. But it forms a nice little fountain.It holds more than 2L water, so i can rest assure if I’m away for a few days.

Great fountain, easy to clean, our cats love it!
Well designed fountain. Works great. Our cats love it.Comes apart easily and easy to clean all parts without any brushes or special tools. Works well and don’t need carbon filter if you wash and add fresh water every day or two. Still should use the filter sponge on pump at the bottom. I wash the sponge with soap and water by hand and rinse thoroughly. No clogs, slime/biofilm or discolored smelly water.Continuous mode is great feature on this fountain. Many fountains only have intermittent and motion sensor modes which upset our cat with water flow turning on and off.You don’t need to connect to internet or use app if you don’t want to. We haven’t and it works fine using button on the front of the unit to choose settings.

Silent and efficient
It may have less parts to clean but I feel a good hand scrubbing is superior to dishwashers.I don’t like that the tube from the spinner to the water tray outlet is rubber.The same day I set it up my cats did away with the little white cap at the top of the water outlet but it still works fine..I bought this one because it had a constant run mode which most of the pumpless don’t.

Stopped working shortly after use
It worked great for the first couple weeks then it failed. Would not recharge and it was very difficult to get a hold of the manufacturer and get any kind of resolution. We finally just gave up and chalked it up to a bad purchase.

Skip if youāre counting on continuous mode
I bought this fountain specifically to keep it in continuous mode and the continuous mode doesnāt work. I have the correct plug adapter – which I had to buy just for the fountain- and it is plugged in properly but only the motion sensor mode works. Itās really disappointing. Itās esthetically pleasing and so quiet and I love the motor-less style because itās so easy to clean. If only it delivered on the continuous mode. If I can find another fountain with the same options Iāll definitely return this one.

Cats love it
I was worried that my older cat wouldnāt like it, but both my kitten and older cat love it! I like how the app reminds you when to change the filter, clean, and monitors the water level. I donāt pay attention to the recording of hydration, because it goes off a lot with us just walking by, but Iāve seen both my cats use it several times, and the water level is constantly changing. I love that it has a battery powered option, because I do not have an outlet nearby. Overall an amazing purchase.

Itās a nice fountain, good build quality and quiet.However. The usb cable it comes with is the only one that works to charge it. Iāve tried 3 different cables that I use for my phones and none of them work.Also the capo has really questionable privacy requirements. You have to enable access to your camera, and camera roll, have to give access microphone, and location. You canāt proceed to set up if you donāt give it. Why does a fountain app need all this? Very suspicious.
