It works!
This is a great GI supplement. They make it in a syringe too. I ordered the syringes when I noticed my horse was bloated and they definitely helped. So, I right away ordered the full everyday supplement. More money conscious than using the syringes. His gut has been much better since. Every horse needs a good GI supplement!

Quality digestive supplement my horse enjoys
My picky pony ate these pellets right up, and I didn’t even have to thoroughly mix in with grain to hide them! That is a strong endorsement that these pellets are palatable.Farnum is a reputable brand that I feel very comfortable with.I really like the natural ingredients like apple pectin and sea buckthorn, and appreciate that you can feed as needed during stressful times or as a daily supplement.He tends to get anxious with weather changes and increased stall time, so I add this to his grain during those times, and it seems to help. Love having the convenience of a pellet that he will actually eat!

The horses definitely like ’em.
I can’t speak for the actual medical/digestive aspect of these, but the horses absolutely love them and they do seem to have a bit more giddy up to them nowadays. We specifically have one horses with digestive issues that bloats like a balloon at the drop of a hat, and these definitely seem to have her feeling better. She’s the perfect use case for these things, and she loves them. Can’t put a price on that!They’re definitely on the more expensive side, but if you have a horse with digestive issues you can’t go wrong. Lasted a whole lot longer than I thought they would, honestly. Good product.

Great for horse gut health
This gut supplement for horses has been great for our 3 horses, one of which is older. They eagerly eat it with no pickiness or nudging aside to get to the grain underneath. As with most supplements, it is hard to gauge effectiveness but we have always trusted this brand and will continue to. At $66 it does seem pricy but horses are expensive animals to keep, and even more expensive to take to the vet, which is why we try to be proactive with their health. I would order this again with zero hesitation.

Must have for older horses!
These are great for older horses who need a boost with their digestion. Horses gobble it up, and it’s easy to mix right in the grain or sprinkle on top. Farnam is a brand I’ve trusted for horse supplements for over 30 years, and the quality of these Gastric Health Pellets is what have come to expect. A container lasts a long time and its worth it to know my horses’ digestion is improving, and is more comfortable without as many stomach issues. I find this product is especially important/helpful to me in the colder months when feeding more pelleted forage.

Worth the investment
We have been supplementing our horse with this digestive supplement for a couple of weeks now. Farnam is a well-respected name in horse products, which we trust with our babies. This arrived faster than expected so if you need this for distress, you will get it fast.Our horse tends to have issues during a weather change and we have not had an issue with our ever-changing weather in Southern California. One day it is spring, the next is cold. I would say that this is helping our guy.The container is easy to open, not what I have experienced with other products. The scoop is easy to deliver the correct dose, therefore, it is easy to use. The price is high of course for a 30-day supply but aren’t all horse products. So far, we feel this is well worth the investment.

Nice Quality And Easy To Administer
The pellets are small and easy to give. They can be fed alone or mixed in with the horse’s daily ration, so it’s really convenient to administer. The serving is one scoop daily, and the product contains a 30 day supply if used on a daily basis. There’s also a scoop included which makes it easy to measure out the proper amount. The bucket is reasealable which will keep the product fresh, and I like the fact that it has a handle for easy transport.Since I started adminstering the supplement, I haven’t noticed any adverse reactions. It seems to be well tolerated, and I’m happy with the quality of the product overall. We haven’t experienced a lot of gastric issues in the past to where it’s a major concern, but I’m still excited at the idea of a product that will help alleviate the symptoms and be a positive addition to the horse’s daily regimen.
