Needed a replacement, this got the job done
I originally purchased the fountain 2 years ago and at some point, the original pump’s light stopped working and wasn’t lighting up the tub red or blue like it usually does when water is running. Not a huge deal, but then it eventually stopped working all together and I needed to replace the pump. This is the exact same pump, works great, and now the fountain is just like new.

Outstanding replacement
Outstanding replacement..I had to purchase the filter separately, as it turns out I couldāve used the one that was on the old one. It was fine, but it fits as good if not better than the old one, and Iāve been using it now for three weeks with no problem.

Replacement Did not work
I purchased this replacement because after only 6 months having the feelneedy cat fountain it stopped working. This replacement worked for maybe a couple days and then even with it plugged in it flashed red light and now has stopped completely. Waist of my money to try to replace this part. Now I am out even more money and will need to find another cat water device.

Extra control unit and pump
Picked these up to be able to recharge one set and use the other to provide water for my cats nonstop. My cats won’t drink from the old static water bowl anymore, so they weren’t getting any water when I had to recharge the battery. Now I have a back up.

Replacement battery issue! š
For now, I’m giving a low score. I got this extra battery to have. I’ve been alternating with the original one I got with the fountain. I have to cats who love to play & drink from the fountain. They also walk by it many times during the day! It goes on more often than it should since i have it set up on wifi & cordles! Having a back up helps! With all that being said, the new battery pack no longer works. I’m actually thinking of changing water fountain! I bought the extra battery device lat year in May! Other than the current issue, I love this fountain! Has anyone else had this samw issue?

Not a complete pump
This doesnāt include the bottom portion, just the upper black section. I tried 2 or 3 times and never got a complete pump to replace the one that died on my waterer.

There is NO REPLACEMENT when it STOPS
I purchased the fountain in July, it is 7/31 and the pump stopped working, now I can purchase the pump replacement, but NOT the THIS PART that CONTROLS the pump, it is UNAVAILABLE UNTIL…wait, what? So, either purchase a WHOLE NEW fountain or…. I SEE and the response to anyone is, NO RETURN… NOT sorry. DO NOT PURCHASE THE FOUNTAIN

Wenn er geladen ist funktioniert es einwandfrei. Erst wollte ich es zurĆ¼ckschicken weil es nach drei Stunden direkt am Ladekabel nicht funktioniert hatte. Irgendwann hab ich es vergessen und das Teil hat sich nach 10 !! Stunden erst vƶllig aufgeladen. Also viel Geduld mitbringen dann funktioniert es.
