These combs are nice and come in two different styles, which is helpful for grooming around the eyes and face. They’re gentle and work well for those more sensitive areas.However, they didn’t catch all the tiny impurities or flaky dandruff on my dog’s skin like I was hoping. The hair release buttons also weren’t very effective. Instead of pushing the hair out of the comb, they tended to push it deeper into the back, which made cleanup harder. That might be due to my dog’s hair being very thin and lightweight, but the mechanism didn’t really help much.They’re still nice to have for light grooming and touch-ups, but if you’re expecting them to pull up all the fine debris or flakes, they might not deliver on that front.

These are wonderful and worth every penny
I have 2 cats, one of whom goes outside. Then I have a dog who also goes outside. A couple of years ago, one or both of my outdoor pets brought fleas into the house. It took no time for those little buggers create an infestation. I thought I was never going to get rid of them. It took months but I finally did. I still have to fight to keep them off of my pets and out of my house! I give them chews that guard against fleas and ticks. Plus I use a topical as well. Until now, I used the very small flea and lice combs but they make my hands cramp, making it difficult to use them effectively..These flea and shedding combs by JGMGWJK are a godsend. No hand cramps or any other complaintsI used it on my outdoor pets first and it collected so much loose and shedding hair with ease. On my dog, it pulled off big flakes of dander and helped me discover that something is going on with his skin in one big spot so I need to have that checked out. To my surprise I found 3 fleas on my dog and 1 on my cat. Yikes! On the indoor cat, there was only shedding hair and regular dander.All three of them loved being combed. These combs do what they’re supposed to do and with ease. They come in a clear, plastic storage box which is nice. Using the button on top cleans off most of the hair, dirt fleas and anything else my pets got into their furs. That is the biggest selling point for me. It beats pulling it off multiple times with a paper towels like with the small combs I’ve used until now. These combs are solid and feel like they will be so much more durable than the small combs.For all of these reasons, these are a fantastic deal, especially if you have multiple animals. I was able to comb three pets in mere minutes. They are wonderful.
