I bought this to try as an alternative to the one that is a subscription delivery and am pleasantly surprised that it seems to be a better option. We have 4 cats 6 litter boxes and this lasts the whole month easily. No fragrance and no icky odors because it absorbs the moisture and dries it out quickly. It works far better than the clay litter at keeping the smells contained which I appreciate because I have one in my bedroom for my elderly cat. The great thing about it is the only thing you need to scoop out is the solid waste not big globs of urine clumps so the cats always have plenty of comfortable sand like litter to use the whole month. It only sticks to the bottom when it’s wet so the monthly litter pan cleaning is super easy and I don’t have to worry about accumulating a layer of clay where I wash my litter pans outside. I’m also not worried about my vacuum air filter being clogged up with clay anymore.

this stuff works great. does great at odor control. also when cat pees the clumps get harder so when scoop them they don’t fall apart and fall thru holes in the scooper back into litter box. highly recommend.

Works but not as great as the other brand
Not bad… I was looking for something similar to the more expensive brand and this works in a pinch. It def does not last as long as the other brand and does not cover the odor as well – but it works ok. The cats were fine with it. The other brand will typically last me 2 weeks or even more and this one I have to change out every week or so…so in the end it’s about the same price because I am using more – but it’s good to have as a backup.

Worst litter I’ve EVER used — not exaggerating!
I thought I would love this litter because my sister uses a different crystal litter brand from Walmart and likes it because she doesn’t have to scoop the cats’ urine. I bought 9 bags of it and used two bags in my cats’ 3 boxes over a few weeks. Let me count the ways I ABHOR this horrible litter:1. This stuff is DUSTY!!! It leaves a coating of sand/powder all over the house! Every surface just feels gross.2. The first few days after opening this litter, I had a sudden bilateral lung pain when I inhaled, and then I felt a chronic heaviness in my lungs after that. I’m a competitive runner and was away from running for almost a month because I didn’t realize that cleaning three boxes a few times per day was the culprit. I stopped using this litter a week ago and am now much better.3. The litter smells like ammonia (urine) pretty fast. Even if you WANT to scoop the pee, you can’t, since this litter doesn’t clump! One of my cats hates the smell of pee and therefore sometimes used the mat outside the litter box rather than go into it. Fun to come home to.4. This litter is not like the big crystals of the popular Walmart brand. This litter is like kinetic SAND, and it tracks like crazy!!! In just a day of having this litter, my house felt like a giant sandbox! Sand was everywhere — even in window sills and in rooms where my cats aren’t allowed, since the sand is so sticky.5. I am a frugal person without a lot of money, and now I am stuck with 7 bags of this awful litter (which I wasted money on)! I wouldn’t give it to my worst enemy. I don’t know what to do with it.
