Comfy and Perfect
My dog is a chocolate lab, 5-1/2 months old, and weighs about 48 lbs. I bought size XL. The suit fit my dog perfectly, and it was very comfy. It worked as expected. I was so glad my dog didn’t need to wear the cone.The velcro on the back of the pj’s was so strong that at first, I didn’t think it came apart. I had to give it a good tug. All velcro attachments worked great for keeping the pieces attached across the belly and across the back.The first pic is when she first put the pj’s on, and the second pic is after wearing it a week. I have washed it twice.So happy a place like Amazon exists so that people who make/sell items like this are easily found.

Very nice surgical recovery suit!! Love the coverage! Goes on over the head, pull front legs through the leg holes, there is a long flap that wraps around/over the tail (there’s a tail hole) then flaps with Velcro attach from under the belly over the back that also has a closure to hold this forward in place. Double layer of fabric on the underside of the suit. Very strong Velcro. Washes well . My guy was persistent and did figure out how to get under/around the suit near the inner thigh to lick.

Recovery suit
Purchased for upcoming neutering procedure & paired with inflatable E-collar. Without an E-collar my dog could easily bite through the thin recovery suit fabric & access surgical site. The E-collar & recovery suit combo works great. Fits true to size. Product secures using multiple strong velcro tabs. Fabric is soft, T-shirt-like material that resembles dog pajamas. Navy stripe color is vibrant & matches the sheriff inflatable collar. Coverage-wise, suit fully covers the dog’s back & belly but under tail is open. I’m not sure how well this will actually perform post surgery. I removed a star bc it’s going to be a job to remove the suit for potty breaks. Edited to 5 stars. Suit does not need to be taken off for potty breaks just roll up the rear & it velcros into place & reattach when finished. Ordered 2nd suit to use while one is being washed. Vet liked his recovery suit, too

Disney Recovery Suit – used with laparoscopic spay
Sizing was accurate and quality is good. My lab is 80 lbs. and 25” neck to tail measure. Velcro is sufficient/good for the belly wrap-around; the Velcro that holds the back rolled up for potty time is sometimes hard to un-stick but optionally you can roll and tuck instead of using the Velcro holder.I bought this style in 2 brands and prefer this brand’s fit; it’s a tad less baggy around her hind end.The suit fits well. She’s not once tried to get out of it. It does slide down her back a couple inches so I consistently pull it back up to her neck but it’s not a big deal for me. I think this problem would be present with many styles.Looks comfy on her and is washable.

The suit is very well made with thick fabric making it very durable. It does have some stretch to it however it doesn’t stretch as much as I would like. My pups fall between the sizes offered so I got the smaller size as the size up would have just been too baggy and falling off. I have 2 five-pound yorkies and got the XS size. My pups loved to have them put on and seemed very comfortable in them. It is super easy to put on and they stay on without any issues or without being able to slip out of because it fit very snug.I’ve bought some different cheaper ones that have snaps at the top that just doesn’t even compare to the quality. These are definitely worth the extra cost.The only reason I take a few stars off is because there wasn’t enough sizing options as the size up would have been way too big. Also, I do believe they did shrink after washing it making it even smaller. Then lastly the tail hole should be a bit bigger as in my case it wasn’t big enough for them to use the bathroom and their poop would sometimes get stuck in their bodysuit.All in all, these are the best I believe on the market as I’ve tried several others and well worth the price. I will definitely be purchasing more.

Fits perfectly on my 80 lb dog. My dog can’t lick her spay sutures. It does the job! And it’s cute. It’s been a week and it’s still staying strong (durable). I would order again!

No more Cone of Shame!!
My girl is so happy to have off her cone of shame!! She had a mass remove from her mammary gland and this fits snug and keeps her from being able to lick. It’s not too tight to rub her sutures. Genius design! It covers her wound area perfectly and is safe and snug, like a body suit. It’s stretches well and covers all her body, she is a 44 pound little Aussie. It seems very durable and it’s lightweight. She won’t get too hot in this. I may buy another to rotate them. She needs to wear this for 2 weeks. Highly recommend!!

These are very good, not too tight, wash well. My dog who hates tight clothes loves these. I use them to prevent peeing as he gets older he pees in the house and now I say, ” oh no did you pee your pants” and them wash them up.

So glad we purchased this for our dog after he had surgery recently. This is a much better option than the cone!The size guide made it easy to select the appropriate size and the design made it easy to put on and take off. It fully covered both of the small incisions.I’ve washed it once so far and it shrank a tiny bit in the dryer but still fits.The colour and designs are really cute. Normally our dog doesn’t like wearing anything but he seemed to like his onesie! It’s given us peace of mind that he’s comfortable and unable to lick or scratch at his incision while he’s healing. I’d recommend this to anyone and just wish we’d purchased it prior to his procedure so we’d had it from day one.

This is a perfect recovery suit. The sizes are a bit off for our dog. And had to exchange for a new size even though I measured. So best to smaller. Our maltipoo is just over 9lbs and I had to get the XS. It’s a bit on the shorter size but the S was too long and baggy. It’s very snug around the body so that is perfect.Would recommend.

Great recovery suit, some stretch but not too much, easy on and off, dog doesn’t seem to mind wearing it. Full coverage of surgery site – can’t lick or nibble the sutures. Really handy for overnight when we can’t keep an eye on him. Recommend buy 2 to cycle when it’s being washed. Dog is 6kg JRT. Size small fits well. Medium was way too big.

I purchased size small and medium. I have an 18lbBoston Terrier with a button sized tail. The small was too short for her body. The medium appeared to fit in length but was way too large in the width. She went to bed with it on and woke up with nothing on. The neck is too stretchy and came down over her body during the night. The concept of the suit it good but not ideal for my dog apparently. A baby onesie is what we ended up using to protect her after surgery and MUCH cheaper in cost to purchase.
