Why does the trash can automatically open its lid when no one is sensing it?
First check if there is any obstruction above the trash can. If there is any obstruction, the trash can will automatically open its lid. If there is no obstruction, take out the garbage bag, reinstall the garbage bag, and close the lid.
Why does the trash can not open automatically when the lid is closed for the first time?
After installing the garbage bag and closing the lid for the first time, please wait for the adsorption work to be completed before trying to sense.
How long can it be used on a single charge?
After our testing, a full charge (about 3 hours) can meet the requirement of opening and closing the lid 2000 times, and can be used for 2 months in daily use.

I have had this trash bin for going on two years now problem and then for no reason the lid would no longer work inside handle broke. I reached out to the manufacturer Joybos looking for a replacement top the customer service was excellent and they responded right away I sent them the order number and a picture showing the damage and they sent me a replacement trash bin right away so I told them I would do a review and I really appreciate good customer service I give them five stars and I really like this product.

I purchased this bin 8 months ago, and it has been a great addition to my bathroom.Pros:Comes with a rechargeable battery that has lasted the entire 8 months without needing a recharge.The design is simple and modern.The sensor works flawlessly, even in the dark.The automatic suction bag feature secures the liner neatly to the sides of the bin.This is the third bin Iāve purchased for my home. Previously, I had a KUK brand bin that was about twice as expensive and only slightly more elegant, but it required monthly battery recharges and stopped working after 8 months. This current bin has exceeded my expectations in both performance, price and durability.

Today is October 16th, and I still havenāt needed to recharge it, which is very impressive.I ordered the USB charging model, and it works perfectly. A cheap and useful robot – Glad I got it!
This is what robotics should be: single-job robots that are reliably good at one task only.This is your little garbage robot. It opens and closes the wastebasket lid for you. The sound of the motorized lid is (I know this sounds a bit strange) slightly cheery, almost as if the robot is happy to help you out.This item also holds taut the trash bag drawstring so you can get at it easily when you want to change the bag. And when you put in a new bag, as others have said, the robot completely opens the entire bag to hug the sides of the can interior, via suction.Rechargeable with a USB as well, so you don’t have to buy batteries.This motorized wastebasket makes the simple task of throwing away small items, such as cardboard tp rolls, easier and LESS fussy. Exactly what a robot should be. I’m glad I got one for each bathroom.

This item was a bit smaller than I thought but still big enough for the space I wanted it in. The motion sensor works seamlessly and it opens and shuts with ease, battery usage is also good as its going about three weeks now on the three AA batteries. There is no noise coming from it, and its easy to clean both inside and out, any small size trash bag can be used. I love it for my bathroom as it adds a stylish look
