Purrrfect for my feline
This is my 3rd type of water fountain and kitty and I are very happy! My first order arrived and the pump didn’t work so had to send it back. I decided to try “once more” and so glad I did. It was an easy return and quick response to send me another. What I love the most with this fountain is the ease of cleaning. It seems to stay cleaner longer and a snap to clean because there are less parts. It’s very attractive, the light is an attractive add and the gauge to monitor water level is a true bonus. I only gave 4 stars on the noise level because it’s very quiet when I first turn it on but after a day or so it seems to make more noise. It’s still not near as noisy as my prior fountains. Kitty took to it right away and is now getting more water intake than before which is good for her health. It’s a winner. I recommend this fountain.

Easy peasy.
I’ve had this for four years now and both of my cats have loved it. Every day I add a couple of cups of water to replace what they drink or what evaporates; the fountain is silent until it gets low on water and then I do hear a little bit of noise that reminds me to check the water level. I disassemble and clean it monthly and change the filters then too — some say it should be done every couple of weeks but AFAIK the water has come out very clean right up until I clean it. Our water is very hard so I do wash the top plates in teh dishwasher because the dishwasher detergents helps dissolve an buildup. The pump went out and I was able to buy a replacement but the cost of this is so minimal you could just replace the whole thing.And the cats love it, and it’s so much less hassle than trying to replace and clean a water bowl every day, which gets a little bit of something in it anyway. If a bug falls in or something falls off a whisker in to this it gets filter out in seconds.

Long-lasting and Effective Cat Water Station
This is a durable cat water fountain. It is very effective at encouraging cats to drink. Cats can be very particular about their water, and this fountain provides the moving, oxygenated, water they tend to prefer.Do yourself a favor and use this without the larger filter that lays within the upper portion of the fountain. It is not needed, and is of dubious use for the health of your cats. Do use the smaller foam filter that protects the pump from debris. Instead, keep the device clean with frequent rinses and refills. Also, give the fountain routine sanitzing by running it through the dishwasher and replacing the foam filter. You may wish to purchase two fountains to make this easier.The pump is quite durable, and has two flow rates adjustable with a small switch at the intake. It cannot however be cleaned in a dishwasher, and needs to be thoroughly flushed with hot water routinely. The LED that illuminates the device is attached to the pump. It is far too bright, but it is a useful warning device for stumbling humans in the dark. It may be reversed in its holder in the fountain to diminish its excessive brightness.Do yourself and your cats a big favor and locate the device away from the cats food. Cats aren’t the most neat eaters. If the fountain is close to the food, it will quickly get contaminated with food particles. Having it far away from the food clears up this issue.Have used these for about 5 years, excellent durability. Happy healthy cats.

Versatile Spouts
This is the third water fountain I have tried for my cats. I like that there are three “spouts” to choose from (the flower spout, the ovoid spout and then no spout at all—so the water just softly bubbles at the surface). The flower spout is very quiet while the ovoid spout is a bit louder (but sounds like a waterfall). My cats are still getting used to this fountain in general but so far I’ve seen each of them drink from it at least once (have had it for about 10 days now). I have no qualms with the quality thus far. Giving it 4 stars for now because of the louder sound with the ovoid spout (shown in video) and the fact that my cats haven’t been flocking to it like they did my first water fountain, but I will update if this changes!

Very good pet water fountain!
It was easy to set up. It comes with one filter, 3 pump sponges, and a USB-A Plug, and 2 fountain water spouts – a flower and one that disperses water out two sides. My cat wasn’t happy with either spout; mainly I think because it’s smack in the middle of the bowl. So I left the spouts off like in video and she really got happy about the water fountain then. So, it looks like this fountain is a keeper. I will update my review in a couple weeks on the ease of cleaning. It’s recommended to clean the fountain every 2-4 weeks. I always go with the minimum 2 weeks especially if you have multiple cats or a single cat who is along hair like mine. There is a Red LED sensor to advise when water gets low or filter needs to be changed.

Ended up buying two
Replaced my previous pet waterer. Holds a good amount of water. Functions well though a little noisy but not too bad for my/the pets comfort. I did purchase a second one. Nice blue light.

This was nice and quiet at first – but within a couple of weeks it was annoyingly loud and the filter got mouldy. Fine I’ll buy a new filter …..no. It’s been discontinued and getting a filter that is the correct shape is impossible. So it’s been replaced.

Been using this two months for three cats.Best fountain I’ve found for cleaning; not too many bits or spaces for grime to collect like some other well known others.Nice enough design and light helps at night.Not noisy and very easy to assemble.Replacement filters £8 for pack of 6 which I find reasonable.Most importantly cats like it!

My cat suddenly decided he was only going to drink out of a bowl that I held and he could see me pour water into. Not so great in the middle of the night (yes, he’s a spoiled fur baby). I ordered this product and haven’t looked back, he loves it, no more middle of the night disturbance.It’s really quiet. Make sure you keep the water levels up as it’s almost silent that way. Best cat product I’ve bought.So easy to put together, quick and easy to fill and clean.
