Excellent grip on the genuine leather sofa, great quality!
Excellent grip on the leather sleeper! We are no more sliding around and the woolen blanket sits where I want it! Will buy again for the leather sofa. The shape with large side flaps is not right for the three seat sleeper, but since it serves as an underpinning, I don’t worry about that. If this would be the only cover for your furniture, measure before you buy.Great quality!

The fit and size was appropriate for my chair. It does come with two straps to secure- one under the seat and one behind the seat. Unfortunately, I could not use the one under the seat with my style of chair but with the grip on the mat it hasn’t been an issue this far. The fabric is soft and goes through the wash well. It is hang dry only. For kids or pets, it is a great product to protect your furniture. Installation was quick and easy.

Just what I’ve been looking for: it looks and feels great, and it stays in place instead of slipping off like my old sofa protector (note: it’s a leather sofa). Coverage/size are spot-on too! So much better!

Well-made, but Not Futon Friendly
I purchased the Gorilla Grip Sofa Protector because it sounded like it would stay in place better than similar items. When I unpackaged it, I could see that it was well-made, so I was hopeful. Our problem is that the protector has two straps: one that goes around the back of the couch to secure the back portion, and another meant to feed under the cushions to secure the seat. Since I have a futon without movable cushions, we tried to feed this strap around the bottom of the couch. Unfortunately, it wasn’t long enough, leaving nothing to secure the bottom in place.We tried it anyway because the underside the protector is super grippy, hoping that would keep everything in place. It did not. Every time someone sat down, the cover would move, making the couch look rumpled unless constantly straightened. Even with the bottom strap in place, I’m not certain the cover would stay put. Then again, I don’t think any of them really do.However, if you’re set on buying this style of couch cover, this might work for you. It’s well-made with a nice, heavy material that flattens out quickly. Unfortunately, it didn’t work for my futon style, and I don’t want the hassle of constantly straightening it.

Does a good job keeping the couch intact.We have a faux leather couch. It grips well to the couch. Did not use the straps. It is easy to remove when we don’t want it.

Fitting your couch is minor to fitting the size of your dogs.
Not overly impressed. Looks nothing like on line. Extremely thin and will not stay in place. Will probably end up finding a different one.If you had a small dog it might work well, but with big dogs don’t waste your money.

The Gorilla grip couch cover is great at being waterproof! It has saved my couch from a few pet mishaps and gives me some peace of mind when leaving the pets out while I leave the house for a few hours. Just wished it would stay in place a little better than it does. Every time I use the couch the cover needs to be readjusted. It is easily removed and washed so over all it’s a good buy and my pets sure do love the added free time when I’m out

The measurements are wrong, it does not fit and 80inch couch not even close, I think it terrible that it’s suppose to be for an extra large couch and it does t fit, it fits my love seat what is 55 inch it will never fit my couch now I have to look for one for my 80inch couch

It does not stay on good
