Terrible battery life/ Worse customer service
I had an older one of these that worked OK and expected this one to work better. It works horribly and the battery life even with an extended battery is miserable. The completely unhelpful customer service kept telling me that The firmware was going to update. Who knows if that ever actually happened… battery life is still completely miserable. I get at least three times the life out of my older version.

The First time I bought one the items in box had clearly been opened. Sold it to me as new. I returned it. Ordered again and tried to activate it for the free first year and they wanted to start the monthly fee right away. I opened a service ticket with Trackimo asking why and they replied saying the device I had was activated 4 months ago and wanted to know how I got it. I returned this one too. Don’t buy, very questionable practices by Trackimo. Won’t trust tracking my vehicles if they get this wrong from the start.

HORRIBLE PRODUCT!
I have been using trackimo for years on my boat rental fleet. THEY ARE HORRIBLE. They don’t update automatically, they don’t give you one minute pings like they say they do. They break very easily, the website is just a mess, just renewing your subscriptions each year is like a multi-week process… and to top it off, they cost 10X what their competitors cost. I could not be more unhappy with a product than I am with Trackimo.

バッテリーのもちが短く、2個を交互に使ってます。バッテリーの事を考え、5分ごとの更新にしているので、若干のタイムラグがありますが、都度確認には十分です。盗難防止にはなりませんが、なんといっても車の所在がすぐ確認できる安心感が何よりです。

4Gになって初めて、3Gから数えると3つ目の購入。精度もまあまあで、アプリからの操作は簡単。バッテリーも十分。しかしバッテリーが十分残っているのに、突然パワーが落ちることがある。電源を入れ直したり、再充電するともどる。使用後、数ヶ月でその症状が現れ、どんどん頻度が高くなる。耐用年数が通信料込みの1年持たないと思う。追記やはり8か月で使用不能となった、これで３回目なので、耐用年数が１年ないことは確実
いつもAMAZON –
3Gを長年使ってきて、測定精度が良いので、4G型も使うことにした。バッテリーはあまり長持ちしないので、走行時に自動的に充電するように接続している。車に付けっ放しにしていても電源ロスになったことはない。

2台目として購入しました。慣れてくればアプリの位置情報の誤差は気にならず、イラつく事もなくなりました。
