“Dog in a Cat Harness—No Regrets!”
I bought the Halypet Cat Harness and Leash Set even though I don’t have a cat—my pet is a small dog! I wanted something lightweight and comfortable for quick walks, and this harness turned out perfect. It fits snugly but doesn’t feel tight, and the adjustable straps make it easy to get the right size. The material is soft and well-made, with no rough edges, and I love that it’s escape-proof. My little pup doesn’t mind wearing it at all and seems super comfortable in it.Honestly, this product surprised me with how versatile it is. It’s described for cats, but if you have a small dog, it works just as well. Great value for the price—definitely recommend giving it a try!

Quality, easy to use cat harness
I was pleasantly surprised by this cat harness. It is sturdy, but not clunky or heavy. The materials all seem quality, and the buckles are easy to close and release.It is very simple to put on and take off.I have found it(got medium size) pretty easy to adjust/cinch to fit my very fluffy, stockily-built tomcat.So far, and it has been tested a bit(:, the harness has stayed on until I take it off.Also, the color and pattern are attractive.

I love this product!!!
I originally bought the medium size and it was too big for my cat but Halypet sent me a small for free. The customer service is amazing, quick, and polite.The collar is fabulous for everyday and is very sturdy without being stiff. The clips are metal so I don’t have to worry about accidentally breaking them. The harness is easy for my cat to move around in. He is still getting used to it and kind of flips around like a furry gymnast. So it fits really well and doesn’t restrict movement nor does it slip off. The leash is the same material which I forgot to mention is a very pretty pattern. It’s super strong as I hooked it to my medium sized dog to test it and it passed with flying colors.

Great cat harness
My 18 lb. cat has never worn a harness before but I needed to buy this for a trip we took. He is an indoor cat and has never walked on a leash. He took to this right away. I had no problem walking him out doors. I did put it on him a couple days before our trip to get him use to it and had no problem getting it on him. The fit was great although it did turn side ways a few times. It was very easy to put on and take off. He is still wearing the collar. I love that the collar can be separated from the harness. Would recommend for anyone wanting to take their cat for a walk.

Cat doesn’t flop over!
Typically, anything put on either of my cats immediately causes a “flop” response- cat owners know what I mean. I was shocked when I put this harness on my 10 yr old cat and he had no clue! I then added the leash and while indoors, drop treats that he had to walk towards- next thing you know, he was walking on a leash in the house!My 2nd kitty had no problem wearing the harness but wasn’t ready to walk with the leash.From my perspective, I’ve found a harness that both will tolerate and I can easily put on them. I had no problem adjusting the size while they were wearing the harness and the clips seem sturdy. My cats won’t be walking outside on leash so I can’t speak to that but I do feel they will be safe in them on vet trips.

At last!
At last, I found a truly good fitting harness and leash set. If either of my cats can escape these, I give up. My cats each weigh a little over 11 pounds. This time I took a chance with these and ordered what is supposed to be too small for their size. These harnesses do run a little larger than the size chart says. I ordered a small for each cat, and the product fits great. A medium would have been too big. The quality is very good. The price is WONDERFUL, unlike more expensive ones that did not do at all. The padded leash handle fabric is lovely, and the fabric itself is soft. I could not make them fit any larger, but the largest they could adjust to was perfect. I believe the fit on the small size could be adjusted down for smaller cats too, and could grow with a not too young kitten. Once it is fitted to the cat, it’s easy peasy to use. Now my kitties will be happier with outdoor walk time.

Great fit, but start them young
This is a wonderful harness for a cat. they want to escape it but it holds them securely. Our cat will let you put the leash on him, but he is an older cat, so he wants nothing to do with you guiding him anywhere I think you need to start them young. I would buy it again, if he would let us use it.

Clip between collar and harness is difficult to use
I am trying to get my cat to wear a harness so that she can go outside. So far, she is not a fan. Her previous harness was the same style, but it didn’t fit comfortably. I had hoped that it would be easier to use this harness because you can actually just clip the stomach piece to this collar or another normal non-breakaway collar. However, the clip part is very difficult to attach because it’s triangular and has a small opening. She was actually more upset when I tried to just clip that part to her collar because it took me longer than it did just to put the harness on normally. With a lot of treats, I can get the harness on, and it fits better than the last harness. She hasn’t really tried to get out of it, but I do think it would be difficult for her to escape. I was able to adjust it to fit her. We went outside and she just meowed like the world was ending, so we have more work to do. I like the harness, but it is not as easy as they make it look to disconnect/connect the collar from the other piece of the harness.

This is an excellent harness and leash. I do not plan on taking my cat for walks outside our yard but because he previously was an outdoor cat I wanted him to still enjoy the outdoors occaisionally while being safe and secure. I chose this because I thought it would not be cumbersome and would allow me to keep him from climbing the walls out of the yard and so far I am not disappointed. It is well made, strong, easy to adjust and the best part is that my cat hasn’t been able to get out of it…so far! The sizing is accurate, the colour is beautiful and the leash is long and strong. The added bonus is the collar detaches from the harness if you just want to use it as a collar. I was leery about this harness as my cat has gotten out of other harnesses but so far so good, the key I think is to ensure everything is tighter than you think it needs to be. Overall I am quite happy with this product.

Definitely escape proof and very well made. I used to have those wider cloth my ones that go over the chest and under belly with Velcro but my cat escaped – thank goodness I was in my apartment hallway only!This is nice and minimal, lightweight and easy to carry around.

I tried a few different harnesses on my kitten and was not impressed with the majority, then I found this one. I purchased a small and the seller contacted me to verify sizing. The day after confirming the size, the harness arrived. They are very well made and I love the colours (hawaiian green was our choice), but would like to see more than blues and greens. The hardware is all very good quality and it is easy to separate the collar and body strap. The collar is still a little loose for a 3 month old kitten, but the smallest setting on the body strap is perfect. Love the padding in the wrist loop!
