Didn’t work straight out of the box
I purchased this item, I followed instructions and it wouldn’t turn on or pair. I suggest you try another brand; this one was from China.

Easy to use
For me, the main benefit is flexibility. Sometimes I use it in my car, other times I move it to my kid’s backpack. The magnet makes placement easy and secure. The loud beeping gives extra reassurance that I can find it quickly. A simple gadget that works well.
