Awesome product! I hate how the vet puts dogs under anesthesia to do teeth cleaning. My dog is really well behaved so I just turned on a show and slowly picked away and we were done in no time. It may take a couple sessions but I think it’s well worth the time if you have a well trained dog. Her breath is significantly less heinous

Amazing tool!!! It requires patience though
I have tried what I believe to be EVERYTHING. I brush my dog’s teeth 3x week, and he still got a lot of plaque buildup. I looked for what could help and bought 3 different toothpaste, a powder that goes on the food and it’s supposed to dissolve the plaque, the liquid you add to their water, the bones.. idk what else is there but this has finally been the solution.Yes, it took patience from both parties to have some meaningful accomplishment. I can’t clean his whole mouth on one sitting, but he will allow me to clean one or two teeth at a time – compromise!I started by desensitizing him from the tools. I’d only show it to him and then feed him a treat. Then I’d get it close to him and feed him a treat. Touch his snout with it and feed again, until i eventually touched his teeth and then progressed to lengthier time on his teeth. You get the idea!This has been a godsend tool and I’m so happy that I’m finally able to see a substantial improvement and that his oral care will be a lot better! I definitely recommend a tool like this! Be -VERY- patient, but work persistently and progressively and you’ll get awesome results!

These work great to scale tartar off of your dogs teeth! My dentist had given me a tool, years ago, to use on my dog’s teeth, but when I saw this, I was interested in the different shape for scraping.. glad I bought these because they keep my dog from having to have a very expensive dental cleaning!

Good quality and works well. My 3 year old dog had a good amount of tartar build up, especially on his back molars, and these were able to help clean them right up without having to pay an arm and a leg to have it done at the vets as well ask eliminating the risk of him not waking up from the anesthetic. I was a dental hygienist for many years & am comfortable using these scalers. If you haven’t used them before I’m not sure it’s a great idea as you can do damage to your pets tissues. They are sharp. Use caution with your pets.
