Great sighthound harness
I have an escape artist whippet mix. She is a rescue wild child that has zero recall or leash experience. I was only able to take her on pack walks with our other dog if I had a second person to assist. This harness fits perfectly (35lbs size L) she’s seems much more comfortable with full range of motion. Her ability to walk on leash improved immediately and I was finally able to walk both dogs at the same time on my own. Her pulling, tugging, and trying to back out stopped the first walk and has gotten better with each walk (we just completed our 4th walk in it). I’ll update the post if I have any future issues with quality or escapability.

This is the first harness to work for us! My Jackchi has a small head and neck compared to her body and she has been able to slide out of every harness we’ve ever purchased for her. No matter how many of them claimed they were escape-free; she would find a way. Not this time! The extra attachment definitely helped make this escape-proof for her. Thank goodness!!The fit is great as you can adjust it, she seemed comfortable and it is durable and quality-made. Definitely give it a try if you have an escape artist like us!

Works for my Houdini whippet.
I have a Houdini Whippet. When he is afraid he slips out of normal harnesses and has almost gotten hit by cars while running home (to his bed). I love my little guy more than anything and he’s so hard to fit, so I bought one as a test. His neck is small so in order to make it fit, I have to tighten a lot which means I have to take my time removing the harness over the head. Skiddish dog and sensitive ears.He also pulls badly so he does chafe in this, but that’s not the harnesses fault. The slight harshness on skin is something to be aware of as he pulls or he will get a “rug burn”. The harness does loosen a lot with my little puller so every time I have to tighten before a walk or after he pulls. Again not the harnesses fault. I leave the stomach strap pretty loose because it was rubbing his skin too much but even loose, it can’t get over his rib cage and he can’t wiggle out.I also got a leash with two connections so I attach one to his back and one to the front for city walking. It’s restrictive for his safety and is helping a bit with training. It’s good to have the two options. But as mentioned. Is he is connected at chest and pulls, the entire harness will pull to the side and loosen a bit. It’s a trade off for the lightweight in my opinion. I’m in the south and the summers are hot. So the washable lightweight is important.It’s REALLY reflective too at night. I was walking. With a flashlight and when the light hit the harness it was like hello disco dog. I am happy knowing cars will see us in the dark!It’s not perfect but I’m happy and bought a second one. I keep one a little looser for running around and one tighter for city walks.

Great Fit!
Very adjustable, allows freedom of movement and is lightweight. I have a narrow but long bodied hound type and most harnesses don’t work on him, but he was moving noticeably better with this one than his last harness. The strap between the front legs is even adjustable which allows me to adjust it so it doesn’t rub his armpits, and so the back pad can sit behind his shoulder blades instead of on them. The neck straps are angled and cut back to allow his shoulders to move freely and they are adjustable on both sides. With both sides of the belly band having snaps it makes it easy to get the harness on and off without having to put their front leg through it, and it balances the harness so it doesn’t slide much to the side even when using my long line with a heavy snap. The chest pad is narrow which is good for his build. I haven’t used the extra belly band but I like that I have the option and that it’s removable. The only downside is that it doesn’t work well when using it as a front clip harness, it’s just not designed well for it (the whole thing pulls to the side) but it’s nice to have a second clip. It seems sturdy and well made. My dog has a 16″ neck and a 25″ chest, I got the Large size and it fit great with plenty of room to adjust either way.

Huntboo harness replaces Gentle Leader
Yound dog would back out of a number of harnesses, then switched to gentle leader for a year. Gentle Leader did NOT stop the pup from pulling and managed to do damage to two of the Gentle Leaders, plus he successfully wiggled out of the Gentle Leader on two occasions. Switched to the Huntboo harness. Stopped pulling, and the harness fits perfectly including not obstructing peeing with the belly strap. Looks good, appears to be well-made and is very adjustable.

Escape proof harness
This is the second one we have purchased from this company. The first was for our Maltipoo. This one is for our Shepherd who apparently was watching the little one escape and thought she would do the same. Big fun for her, not so much fun for us as she’s fast. We bought this out of desperation and it has seemed to solve our problem. It’s easy to put on as it fits like a regular harness with one extra strap around the stomach. I’m not sure why one extra strap makes a difference, but I am happy it does. Now we aren’t worried about losing her on the walk.

Perfect harness if your dog is Houdini!!!
If you want a harness that is truly escape proof, this is the one!! The extra strap keeps it secure so it can’t slip off. This has been a game changer for me walking my large standard poodle who is stronger than I am!! No more worries of her coming out of her harness!! It’s a very good quality harness and pretty too!! It’s easy to put on and off and seems to be comfortable to her. I ordered a large and this fits my 60 lb. Poodle perfectly!!!

Keeps my dog safe!
Works as it’s supposed to. Easy to adjust. I really like that the belly belt is detachable. We recently adopted our dog, so we’re still getting to know his ways. We took him on a big trip to the beach last week, and the harness (with belly belt attached) stayed secure the entire time, even when he tried chasing squirrels. I also like the option to connect the leash to the front of the harness, which keeps him from pulling. Finally, a lot of reflectors on this, which further adds to safety. I really enjoy the color, too. True to what I saw on my phone when shopping for it. Great purchase and value!

really good harness, good fit my puppy is whippet mix fits her lovely easily adjustable,good control & safe, plus point the 3rd belt can be removed, handy as she had been spayed, we have removed the belt temporarily , rather than have to buy another harness!
