Cat food, is good for our cat.
Our cat enjoys eating this food. In fact she comes to me letting me know her dish is not full.Also the hairballs are much better. I like it being on subscription, so I don’t need to think about her having it. The price is reasonable.

Great I’ams variety for long haired cats
Best ever dry food for my long hair, Thea cat 🐈Cuts way down on hair balls. She really enjoys the flavor. (that’s a biggie). She is low on teeth and the morsels are just the right size For her to digest, very little upchucking.With the Iams brand I feel that I’m giving her the BEST. She is such a sweetie and that’s what she deserves.

Hairballs reduced!
I started using Iams cat food after another brand change their formula. This cat food has definitely reduced the amount of hairballs for my cats.

Less hairballs, but still some
I buy this cat food because my cats get less hair balls while they’re eating it. They do still get hairballs just not very often. I have one shorthaired cat, and one long-haired cat. Because there has been improvement, I continue to buy it. I have not found anything that works better. My cats seem to like it. They beg for it when it’s time to feed them. This cat food, I will mention, works better than the meow mix hairball control at least for my cats.

Good food for cats with digestive issues
This cat food works great for my calico’s sensitive digestive system and hairballs. I was never a fan of IAMS because the first ingredient was always corn. This one the first ingredient is chicken and my cat has not had any digestive issues since she’s been eating it. So nice not to wake up to morning barfs.

The calorie count of 394 vs 320 of another item of same brand that also has hairball control for same 2/3 cup measurement can add up in your cat weight gain. So do your due diligence. I don’t like all the corn and wheat but it’s par for the course in dry foods even in premium brands. I would either have to cut back on recommended serving size which impacts her daily nutrient intake or deal with her gradually putting on weight as it’s 74 calories more per day. So having to juggle her daily “menu” to keep nutrients and calorie count within reason. I wanted to give her a diff flavor from her go to and failed to notice the calorie diff.

I have rescue cats and used Iams many years ago. Since my crew has developed a lot of urinary tract infections they were all put on a urinary diet which they were on for years. I decided to switch them back to Iams because I was familiar with it, although I did a bunch of research on it before I switched. Everyone has a beautiful shiny coat and their poop is wonderful. There is no diahhrea. They all love it. I work in an Animal Hospital and I have always recommended Iams to Clients because it’s middle of the road in cost and is much healthier than the grocery store brands. If you want a happy, healthy cat go to Iams. Some of the foods in specialty stores have way too much protein which only causes kidney and liver disease. The grocery store brands have no nutritional value at all. A long healthy happy life is what we all strive for. Give it a try.
