What size dog is recommended for this large dog crate?
Before purchasing a suitable crate, please measure your pet’s size. The interior dimensions of the crate should be 1-2 inches taller and 4-5 inches longer than your pet. This will ensure that your dog can comfortably stand, turn around, and lie down.
How to measure my dog?
Measure your dogās length and height.
Length: From the tip of its nose to the base of its tail while standing.
Height: From the head to the floor while sitting upright.
Add 2″-4″ to both final measurements to match the internal size of the crate.

Great kennel!
For particleboard, I am impressed by the sturdiness of this kennel. I have dogs that love their kennels and do not try to escape. (My girl curled up in this one to take a nap before we got it moved into place!) If a dog wanted to escape, they could probably easily do so. It looks much nicer than the wire kennel, and the XL is the perfect size for each of my dogs (2 golden retrievers and a lab mix). The sliding door is awesome for increased space in our home and super functional. I think well worth the money.It was a bit challenging to construct, but we just took our time and went slowly and it worked out perfect, with even the sliding door working perfectly on the first try!

Spacious, Well-Designed Crate for Two Small Dogs
I couldnāt be happier with this crate. Itās spacious enough for my two miniature schnauzers to sleep in together comfortably. I really like the open feel. It doesnāt look or feel like a closed-off cage and the top that lifts up makes it so convenient to access when I need to. It was also very easy to assemble and feels sturdy once put together.If youāre looking for a crate that gives your dogs room to move around while still looking nice in your space, this is a great choice.

Easy assembly but sliding doors and latches are weak
This crate is very nice looking. The larger size without the divider gives my 32lbs 6mo old golden doodle puppy plenty of room to grow; it looks like it will still be plenty big when he reaches full size (approx 55/60 lbs). It was easy to assemble by myself in just about 2 hours, except that the Allen wrenches they give you strip easy (invest in a set of your own good quality ones if furniture assembly is a common activity for you). The crate itself is very sturdy and nicely designed. My only complaint is that the sliding door was hard to put on and once it is on it is not very secure. I have had it for about a week and it has come off the track three times. My dog doesnāt really try to get out of the crate but if yours does this wonāt hold them. The latches for both doors (front and side) are also flimsy. It works for me and Iām fairly happy.

Love love love!!!
First off, this is great quality and has such a good look! This was packaged very well with plenty of protection, thank you for that. This is perfect for small fur babies with plenty of head room and can sit all the way up properly. We have a small beagle whoās fully grown and is 15lbs. We also have a petite cat whoās fully grown whoās about 6lbs. However, we customized this when it came to putting the board in between them to give our beagle some more room. Maybe the XL wouldāve done the trick for us. It was a no brainer if you have a drill handy to drill in some new holes. If not it wouldāve been way too small for him if we didnāt. They ended up fitting perfect in it though. This is only for them to sleep in at night and through out the day we left if open and they go in and out on their own. The wheels is such a plus to move around for your convenience. I highly recommend this size only for small fur babies if theyāre sharing. One regular size beagle can fit in this since the board can move much more to the right. My babies loved this and we are happy with this product. Came much sooner too and this was perfect because, itās their birthday week!

NOT FOR PITBULLS/tough chewers/escape artists!
I just want to state that this crate is beautiful. It looks more like a nice piece of furniture & truly made me more pleased to have in my home than a normal ugly crate. HOWEVER, the bars used are very hollow & not too secure. I also need to state that my dog is a pitbull & an escape artist so truly, I should have known better once I received this product & noticed the bars. Only giving this one star because it wasnāt clearly revealed how insecure the actual bars were prior to me purchasing. If you have a calm pup whoās not an extreme chewer like mine, youāll be fine. But felt like I had to share my experience so anyone whoās looking to spend this kind of money on a crate is aware ahead of time not to unless you know your dog wouldnāt try to get out in anyway. PS- my dog did not get hurt during his houdini moment thankfully!

Exactly as described. Looks great in the living room. Durable. Easy to clean. Chose not to use the half panel included. Easy to decorate. Added a few stick on mirror pcs for dorm room affect.

It was delivered to wrong house I had surgery on my shoulder and had to move to my house. I contacted the seller and they graciously agreed to take off a lot of the original priceI love the crate itself and matches my room beautifully.

Functional but not very sturdy
IMPORTANT – If you are getting this for a dog who is strong/wants to get out, I would not recommend this product. If you are getting this for a dog who is calm and content to lay in their bed/crate, then this is a good product. It is sturdy enough to hold our large monstera plant on top of it, and our 70 pound dog. But, our dog does not put any effort into escaping her crate and simply naps, so it’s not an issue.I wouldn’t say it’s cheaply made, but it’s definitely not the best constructed (ie the metal bars are not glued in, the wood pins slip out if you’re not careful while installing, etc). Also, if you are worried you may struggle to put it together, I would either get help from a friend or get a different product. It’s difficult to set up because you need to be really careful while doing it, and definitely requires two people (one for support). A bit of a hassle, but once it’s set up it looks quite nice.When we first got this, the item had arrived broken. I was upset and posted this as a 1 star at first, but the seller then promptly contacted me saying they would send a replacement with no charge (once I sent proof of damage). Customer service was straightforward, although originally difficult to contact because of a confusing interface. After the whole ordeal we ended up choosing to just duct-tape the damage rather than deal with a return/exchange. It seems to hold up alright, no issues since.
