Incredibly quiet, compact and great for pet households!
I have the air purifier in a small room off of my main living area. There is a litter box in the same room and it does an excellent job of clearing the air of any smell. I’ve had it for about two months and it’s still working quite well. I carefully vacuumed any hair off of the filter, which was very easy to do. The room is less dusty than it used to be so it clearly helps with dust and cat dander.I am very sensitive to noise including white noise. I can’t hear it at all from the main room when on either the medium or low setting so it is perfect for me. I’m 20 feet from it for most of the day and forget that it is on. when I am in the room that I have it running in, the sound doesn’t bother me at all and for someone so sensitive that is saying a lot. It’s a constant sound, so there are no repetitive/cyclical noises. If you like white noise, it’s perfect for a bedroom. My cats often hang out in the same room and because it’s so quiet, it doesn’t bother them at all.I prefer the compact size of it to some of the bulkier purifiers that I have seen. I also like that there are no ultrasonic components because that can be annoying for pets since they can hear ultrasound.I live in Colorado so there’s not a lot of air pollution near me and I don’t have seasonal allergies so I can’t comment on how it helps to clear/clean the air for those issues.I have not purchased replacement filters yet, so hopefully they are reasonably priced and easy to find.

Quite an upgrade!
I got this unit to replace an older air purifier that was probably 20 years old. Wow, the technology sure has sure improved in that time!! The first thing that really impressed me was how quiet the unit is – it is more quiet on a medium setting than my old one was on a “whisper” setting. It’s smaller and sleeker looking too, it looks very modern and does not stick out in the room like the old one did. I really like how simple and instinctive the unit is to use – just an on/off button and level. No manual to read and memorize or app to install to control it, we had it ready to go in the room in about 20 seconds. The air quality with this unit in use seems great – I do not notice any pet odor or dust floating around the room, we are sleeping and breathing very well with this unit in use. We are really pleased!

A great high quality air purifier
I have been using two of these in my bedroom and my living room spaces. I usually have horrible fall allergies. Since plugging these in and letting them clean our home, I have had no issues with my breathing of sinuses. Highly recommend these for anyone looking to filter and clean their indoor air or anyone with concerns about mold, mildew, and other allergens in your home. And it’s a great value with high quality, easy to maintain and inexpensive filter replacements. This unit also uses a special motor so the cost to run them is extremely low compared to others that I have had in the past. This was a great decision for our house with two dogs in Georgia.

We recently got the Compact for our kids bedroom and definitely notice the difference. We have a big dog and home improvement projects are ongoing so dust and odor are a constant battle, especially with sensitive lungs around. It seems like there’s much less dust collecting on surfaces and the air smells fresh. Operation is simple and build quality seems sturdy while still being easy to move, which is a factor in a play space. Best part is that it feels like it disappears in the room. It’s small and runs very quietly on low settings at night which matters in a kids room a lot. Very pleased with it.

Great! But examine item received closely
The unit I received was obviously used, or at least been sold/returned/resold a few times based on the number of labels on plus the damage to the box. Inner plastic bags were not sealed as stated. There was a loose screw (?) inside the machine rattling around and making noise. Perhaps a “fragile” sticker and/or more protective cushioning around unit would be helpful to assure delivery in pristine condition.Please use caution and examine box and purifier closely! I am being sent a replacement that is hopefully in better shape and will update my review if/when I get to actually try it out.UPDATE: I am really pleased with the performance of this little unit now that I got an unused one. I definitely can tell a difference in the air of my bedroom. My ears are sensitive, and I find the air purifier to have more of a “white noise” sound even on the second setting. So, to me it’s not loud at all! I don’t even notice it anymore.

I always keep a glass of water by my bed. Before I started using the Compact, within a few days the water would be cloudy. Now, the water stays crystal clear even after a week. What does water have to do with air? The particles from the air were landing in the water and making it cloudy.I’ve been struggling with asthma since 2005 and having mold in my residence. Now, since having COVID a couple times, I have COPD. Also have mild allergies and smoke from the fireplace sometimes irritates my eyes and lungs.Bought an Intellipure Compact air purifier a few months ago to see if having purified air would help. My breathing has improved significantly and my home feels and smells fresher. No more fireplace smoke or carpet smells. I always keep a glass of water by my bed. Before I started using the Compact, within a few days the water would be cloudy. Now, the water stays crystal clear even after a week.It worked so good in my bedroom on the top floor that I bought another for the living room. These saved my life
These saved my life when i was living in mold. These were recommneded to me by my mold inspector. I was very happy to feel I could breathe again after getting these. Very pleased and if you are struggling with mold or mycotoxins, I would highly recommend. I had two in my Master bedroom, we were dealing with some heavy mold, so two was sufficient and it truly saved my life!
