Doesn’t last
1 month stopped working. I have. 6 pound shihtzu— so no the toy wasn’t beaten up but she loved it! Today went to set it up for her, she was all excited… and it refuses to start even though fully charged. So now I have a heart broken puppy looking at her favorite toy that don’t work!

Doesn’t do quite what it’s supposed to do
The spider had a ball that did not work so threw the ball away and just kept the spider for the dog to play with very disappointed. Didn’t want to have to return it

Sadly unfortunate toy!!!
The inner ball is difficult to get back into the stuffed toy covering…however, my Welsh Terrier is able to get the ball out with no problem! Also, the toy seems to switch itself off constantly. I do NOT feel that this is a good choice for a dog toy…too bad, because I had high hopes for this product.

Battery usage and closure of toys.
The velcro closing isn’t strong enough, my 5lbs chi can get it open and get the mechanical ball out of the fur body, charge does not last long only about 2hrs. Takes quite awhile to recharge. But my chi loves them.The one with the tail, velcro not strong enough but works bc the tail slips thru to keep it closed…but it eats battery juice, when battery gets half energy it stops working.

Not for aggressive chewers & poor life of battery
Not suitable for aggressive chewers. My toy Aussie can open the Velcro to access the ball. Both dogs easily removed inner ball, which only recharges 4 time prior to no longer functioning. Waste of money
