Perfect size scooper and holder. šš¼
Very good quality scooper, perfect size doesnāt stick. I like the large handle because my hand is kind of arthritic. The scooper holder is pretty cool. It is two pieces so the part where the scooper goes in you can pull out and wash easily. It is made to not tip over. It came with four different color stick on Paws. I put one on my other one in my other bedroom and one on this new one for new kitty that got dumped on my street. Iām trying to find a home for cause itās kind of stressing us all out though she is friendly and I donāt want her to freeze to death because sheās only 7 pounds and was starving. Took her in, she was not chipped and she was not fixed so she is now everything except being chipped because Iām trying to find her a different home. I have custom litter boxes because my male cat is very tall. My other custom box is 17 inches high he likes to stand and spray. Though he has went into her room and used her litter box and it has not sprayed outside the box. Good thing or I would be unhappy.Anyway, this product was kind of pricey, but being you get the scooper and the holder is worth it. Also thereās another piece that if you donāt want to put it in the holder, you can stick a thing on your litter box and it can hang. See pics.

Buying it again
I bought this 7 years ago and recently the litter is starting to stick to it. The anti stick coating just eventually wears off. So, I’m buying this again. I like the deep shovel since my male cat can make some big pee clumps. The grooves are the right spaces I think. They are not too wide so little small ball clumps go through it, they don’t on this scooper. It is all metal so it won’t break like the plastic ones.

Love this scooper. Been using this for years. My cats will dig all the way to the bottom, pee and form a giant mountain on top (theyāre jerks). Like all non stick coating it doesnāt last forever. Repeatedly having to scrape the bottom of the litter box takes off the coating on the bottom but the scooper will still function the same. One cat will literally break his pee clump into 100 pieces (pea size and smaller). It will get most of it out. Itās so sturdy that I canāt imagine breaking one. For my scooping needs, it would be perfect if there was a longer handle. This will be the last scooper youāll ever need.

This is a well-made cat litter scoop. I had one that lasted years, but I couldn’t find a replacement I liked. I shopped in stores, ordered three items on Amazon, and returned them all. This scoop is sturdy enough that I can dig into the litter without feeling like it’s bending or flimsy in any way. The prongs are just the right distance to scoop everything out, but not take forever to sift through the gravel. We use Dr. Esley’s Ultra Clumping Cat Litter. It’s not a fine litter, so we needed a sturdy scoop. I finally found one that works and is a quality product.

Strong scooper scrapes the bottom and sides well.
This is definitely a premium scooper. It is anodized aluminum with a really large scoop and a comfortable handle. My plastic scooper was having a tough time scraping the urine clumps off the sides and bottom of the litter box (I have tried plastic and stainless, and I don’t use a liner, they just shred it). This has NO problem scraping those clumps up with little effort. I recommend this especially if your cat is a digger, who them does their business at the sides or very bottom of the box.

Really like this product. It is well made and sturdy. Minimal āclingingā. The length is also perfect: not too short so your nose is in the box but not too long so you lose leverage.Also has a foam grip that is comfortable.Recommend this scoop.

Dank des langen Griffes muss nicht stƤndig “die ganze Hand ins Katzenklo”. AuĆerdem ist die Schaufel sehr stabil, sodass man gut graben und alles herausheben kann.

Tried to use it with clumping litter but hard to clean. Outer rim is slightly wider than inner spokes so litters stuck .. went back to my plastic scoop which is moulded as a single piece.

Seit Ć¼ber vierzig Jahren haben wir Katzen und demzufolge schon reichlich Erfahrung mit entsprechendem Equipment. Ćber die Anschaffung dieser Schaufel habe ich lange nachgedacht, habe mich von den vielen guten Bewertungen zum Kauf Ć¼berreden lassen. Leider kann ich die Begeisterung nur wenig teilen.Ja, sie ist robust und sehr stabil. Aber sie hat auch ein entsprechendes Eigengewicht und wer sich mit physikalischen Gesetzen auskennt, kann sich vorstellen, dass durch die StiellƤnge das Gewicht potenziert wird. D.h. die Schaufel ist in der Handhabung viel zu schwer und erleichtert das Aussieben nicht wirklich.Schade, die Idee ist gut, aber nicht ausgereift oder nicht fĆ¼r europƤische FrauenhƤnde konzipiert.Ich steige wieder auf die Kunststoffschaufeln um, auch wenn diese dann eben hƤufiger ersetzt werden muĆ.
