Works well
It works just fine, my dogs know how to use it as this one is a replacement for our old one that lasted about 4 years. There are sound choices, flip through them using a switch on the side and find the one you’ll be able to tolerate. Since this is a replacement for us, this one has different sounds. Now we have one sound to go out (original) and this new one to come in. Originally it was pretty easy to train them. My female figured it out right away, took my male a few weeks longer. They are from the same litter. Seems well made and installs easily. There are 2 parts, one gets plugged into a power outlet the other goes on the door. This one is on the outside so it does have to endure weather. Mine is under a roof so only temperature impacts.

Great product
This is exactly what I needed. We live on a split level. The yard is accessed on the bottom floor. Our living room is on the second floor. We had no way of knowing when the dog was asking to go out. Now now she can paw the door and we hear her needs. We have the receiver on the second floor and know she’s ready to go. I used both buttons because she doesn’t consistently paw in the same spot.

Good but a few issues…
I got this because it says you can program each transmitter to ring separate chimes of the 50ish that are available. Wanted one chime to go out and another to come back in again because I have multiple dogs coming and going. Apparently this is untrue although it gives specific directions on how to program it to do so on their instruction sheet. So same chime for both transmitters. Hard mounting this to a wall is a chore. Need to remove the entire front cover with tiniest of screws to access the mounting points. I don’t understand why this needs to be this difficult. Then the screws provided to mount are made of the cheapest, Chinese steel. I broke the heads off two while trying to screw them into soft wormwood. WITH pilot s holes! Operation works fine. Good range. Volume is loud and adjustable. Just made so cheap, the casing was designed without taking hard mounting into consideration and doesn’t exactly do what they claim.

What i liked about it was how easy it was able to get my dog to train to use this. Of course with the help of some treats it was really easy to use and it adheres really easily. Even with my dog being as aggressive as he is, it hasn’t knocked off in months. I really love we have been accident free for over a month. Its also a good quality material.

Puppy training.
This is a great product for potty training a puppy. You do have to work with them on how to use it and to actually use it, but once they get it down it does what it is supposed to do. I like that it has 2 door bells so i can place one by the front door and one upstairs. It has quality sound and a volume control. And you can change the ring tone.

Worth It!
This actually works! I love it and don’t have to worry about the dog scratching at the door. The song that we choose got annoying but then we just changed the song to another. Nice variety to choose from.This will only work if you put the time in to train your dog.

Great product but my dog too dumb for it!
If only my dog would push the button this bell is super awesome! It’s loud and u can hear it from the whole house that your dog needs to go out. This invention is a godsend!
