the container is small but i fed both dogs two days on one container.
the food is very good. i spent hundreds of dollars on dog food and my dogs would not eat any of them. i bought this food thinking just another waste of my money but my dogs were getting tired of eating chicken some days they would not eat the chicken .i was pulling my hair out trying to feed them. i gave them the food thinking just more food for me to throw away. but to my surprise my dogs took one sniff of the food and gobbled it all down in an instant. i highly recommend this dog food. i give it a ten out of ten.

Great Dog food
My 15 year old yorkie has no teeth and loves this food. It has helped his digestion and he no longer has runny poops. They are solid and regular.

Bad batch with mites on carton and made my dog sick
I’ve been feeding my dog this food for about a year now, I used to get it from pet stores but tried the Amazon subscription option to save time and a little $. The last 2 batches we got from Amazon had these tiny little bugs/mites underneath the flaps of the cartons. The 2nd batch also appeared dry unlike how the food usually looks. I fed it to my dog anyway and she started having loose poops, that gradually became more and more watery, and got me up multiple times/night to take her out to have diarrhea. One of the times my husband took her out, she also suddenly became nauseous after pooping, and threw up 2x. I finally realized it might be the food, and threw out the last 4 boxes. I got a new carton direct from the JFFD website, and the food looks normal. I’m mixing it with rice and my dog is starting to feel better. I don’t know if Amazon was not storing the food properly, or if it’s a JFFD issue. Just wanted other to be aware. If the food looks questionable and/or has bugs on the boxes, don’t feed it to your dog.

Price of product VS price of making it yourself
Don’t get me wrong, this REALLY is a good product, however, it is far to expensive.I have 2 dogs, one is 14lbs, the other is 24lbs. I mix this food in with some kibble and it costs me about $65 every 3 weeks.Now I started making my own dog food off of a recipe I found online and I feed them with nothing but fresh food, no kibble at all. It takes about 30 minutes to make, it lasts about 2 weeks, and it costs me only $30 a month.If you’re rich and have money to throw around, by all means buy this product, your dogs will LOVE it. But if you can spare even 1 hour a month, just make it yourself.

KD aka (Keaton the destroyer), absolutely LOVES the food. It looked like a juice squeeze box, and I’m thinking for the money, it’s a bit dear, wouldn’t be enough. It’s worth the money. I gave him half over his dried food. I put his food in his bowl, turned around, food was gone. KD, is a rescue dog, and I’ve spoiled him a little bit so he as become very picky in what he eats… I read allingredients on all his food. Your product only has healthy ingredients. Bottom line, yes I highly recommend your food. I thank you and KD, also thanks you. Sorry I didn’t get to take a picture, as I said before, it wasn’t in his bowl long enough.
