Excellent build quality, everything you need for grooming your dog, great deal
My girlfriend and I have two Papillons whose hair seems to grow like it was coming out of a pasta machine. As such, it is necessary to take them to the groomers very frequently which can easily run well over $1,000 within a year for both. As such, any opportunity to lower the cost of maintenance is highly desirable.This Kapvis grooming set truly is a godsend in terms of giving you everything you need to keep your dog well-groomed. The clippers themselves are of professional quality with a beautifully designed and solidly constructed body, and the motor is very powerful.Having 6 different combs to attach to the clippers gives you plenty of options to match the hair length you want on your dog, and they sit very sturdily when attached. Also, the built in LED light ensures that you can see what you’re doing no matter what part of your dog’s body you are clipping.While the clippers themselves would be enough, Kapvis also includes all of the other accessories you need to fully groom your dog. The steel comb with both fine-tooth and wide-tooth sides are perfect for pulling out matts in your dog’s hair (which my youngest Pap with fine hair gets all the time) and general combing. The scissors are not the best grooming scissors I’ve ever seen, but they do get the job done. The nail clipper and file are also not the best I’ve seen, but as an add-on are a great option for keeping your dog’s nails at a good level.Overall, if you’re looking for a set of clippers, this Kapvis model really hits the mark. But beyond that, if you’re looking to pick up an all-in-one pack of tools for all your pet’s grooming needs, this set is really a great bargain. Highly recommend!

Nice quality for clippers, useful accessories
Absolutely great set of clippers and accessories. We are beginners and learners, trying to groom our two doodles. This is the 3rd pair of clippers we have purchased, and the best so far. The main clipper body fits well in your hand and it is very easy to switch out the different size heads. We ran it the first time for about 15 minutes and it did not get too hot, just slightly warm. We only trimmed around our guy’s face – I think we did just an ok job, but that’s our skill, not the clipper’s operation. The kit comes with a nail trimmer, not my favorite thing, but I gingerly trimmed just a tiny bit from our other doodle’s nails and it was just fine. The scissors that come with this are straight, and so we did not use them on this dog’s face, – we prefer the ones that have a curved edge to make it a bit safer for the dog around his eyes.There are really no instructions on grooming with this kit, so you’re on your own there. We just watch video after video trying to learn.

Everything you need to get started
I’ve had dogs since 2001 and I’ve never been one to get them professionally groomed because I like the act of cutting their hair and I liked saving the money. No other set of clippers I’ve had came with a built in light and the other supplies that were included in this kit, that was a nice surprise. None of that matters though if they don’t work well. I’m happy to say that these do work well, they have all the comb guides I needed and th light was helpful. They are easy to use and recharge. Only thing missing was a case but that’s not a deal breaker.

What I like most about this Kapvis clipper set is the LED light that illuminates the area I’m shaving. I have several digital grooming clipper sets but this is the only one with lighting.This set has several clipper heads for different lengths of fur for different breeds of dogs. We have a Great Pyr whose pantaloon fur grows wild and so I need to shave it several times a year. His fir is extremely thick and these clippers Combe right thru and trim his fur with no struggle and no having to repeat.So far this clipper set is the best one I’ve tried so I recommend it.

Cuts Hair Easily and Close
This is my first regular size clipper that is cordless. I’m very impressed with the power and the blade. Having had a smaller cordless one for paw pads, I wasn’t sure what to expect with a full size blade. It has great cutting power, no pulling or tugging of the hair. Cuts very close if not using one of the guards. It’s actually a closer shave than my number 10 blade. Comes with accessories like a comb, scissors, nail cutter, file and plastic guards to attach to the clipper. Oh and a cord for recharging. The main cutting blade is screwed on. Not interchangeable if it gets hot. Other than that, it’s an awesome clipper. Digital display on front. I will use this clipper in conjunction with my corded one.

This is a nice quality clipper set for the your pets. Sturdy clippers that has three cutting head speeds and best of all they are cordless/rechargeable. Comes with a variety of cutting guides to accommodate all trimming needs. Nice easy to read display that shows cutting speed and battery power remaining. Also comes with a variety of accessories to include combs, scissors and nail trimming tools. A must have for pet owners.

I usually shave and groom my dog by myself because he really doesn’t like other people, but the kit that I originally had was wearing down so I decided to try this one and it was so much nicer and easy to use-especially with the different razor sizes being different colors. The design was really beneficial for me because it will let me move quicker to a different size as needed.
