Best Cat Fountain ever designed! 100% PURRFECT!
Now this is a great cat fountain. Looks very nice, elegant design. So easy to open and add water. Will pump water till almost empty so no mess when taking bowl to sink to refill. Hint, DO NOT clip cord into place (for neatness, be its a nice add), so its easier to take tank/bowl to sink. The red LED works iffy, doesn’t really come on much, but you can see when water no longer flows. Its never overflowed on me yet, and I see it has “saftey” overflow holes that prevent a mess if filters are clogged. Since it has such a large water flow opening, that has never clogged up yet, unlike the ones with a narrow pipe spout. Oh and its EXTREMELY quiet! Not a peep or splash. Easy to keep it same room you sleep in. Cats love it, I love it! This is an AWESOME designed, well thought out fountain! Buy this before trial and error testing all the others.

I wanted to wait until I had this for a while to leave a review and I have to say I’m very happy with it. I’ve tried so many fountains and this was is definitely the best one I’ve had. It’s very quiet which is a big plus, holds more water than it looks and is pretty easy to clean and put together. Also when the water is too low the blue light turns red to warn you which is nice since checking the water level tends to be forgotten at times. Especially because it lasts a long time even with 3 cats! If I had anything at all negative to say it would only be that I wish it had come with a filter refill but that would be it. Great fountain, works great!

Decent water fountain
Itās a decent size and works perfectly for my two cats. Also, it doesnāt require much maintenance other than cleaning it out occasionally. Also, itās very easy to set up and it doesnāt make a lot of noise. My only complaint is that it doesnāt offer different water modes to control the flow of the water (like other models offer). But for the price you canāt beat it.

Great fountain, excellent customer support
Love this fountain! Had a small issue with the pump not working, but the company replaced it very quickly. The water is fresh and stays clean. It is quiet and it has a soft blue light. My cats love it and prefer it over the other fountain they have.

I was hesitant to buy a water fountain because i thought the cleaning process was too difficult and i heard they stop working. But my cat is 17 years old, with beginning stages of kidney disease and she drinks a ton of water. Shes also very picky about her water. It has to be perfectly clean. I usually kept two seperate water bowls and changed them everyday. But even with that i was catching her drinking water from the toilet.Cats naturally for running water, so i decided to give the water fountain a try. She started using it from day one! And has not had any issues, she loves it. I appreciate the sleek modern design and the little water fountain sprout is low, my cat doesnt have to move her head side ways like some water fountains were the sprout is on top like a kitchen faucet. Is a gentle flow and makes no noise.The blue light gives is a cool design and is not too bright. It looks so nice at night.The cleaning process was so easy!!! You can take it apart fast, rinse out all the filters and put new water easily (i use filtered water from my fridge). My fountain has never ran out (turned to the red light) but i think that feature is amazing if you have multiple pets drinking it up.

It’s a pretty fountain but…
Some key reasons I bought this fountain were fulfilled, absolutely whisper quiet, indicator light works but is not obnoxious and can be “dimmed” by rotating the top. And it looks cute – this fountain is specifically used in our master bedroom so these aspects were important to us. However, some other things are not so great… the top does not lock on, so if you happen to have a kitty who likes to paw at the top (like in a cleaning up after kind of way not a paw dipping to get water kind of way) then this fountain is not for you – it would be very easy to get a claw in the right spot and flip the whole top off including a full water tray. Another thing is I can already tell this is going to be a pain to clean. A regular quick clean, fine, but the way the pump and everything is attached, the amount of pieces to disassemble to get to clean the pump and other tubing type aspects of the fountain its going to be a whole ordeal to clean – and it is very important to clean the pump not just change the filter. Overall it definitely works for what we want but as with most aesthetically pleasing things, its functionality is questionable.

Decent water bowl
Good water bowl for the price. I wish the blue light pointed towards the front of the bowl, it faces the side & you can’t turn the filter because it’s fixed in place. Easy enough to put together & get it running. Directions are a bit unclear because it was made in China. My cats seemed curious about the bowl, I’m not sure they are using it. The water isn’t so much of a ‘fountain’ per say, the water runs directly into the small bowl. When it’s time to fill it, unplug it & slowly tip the lid backwards to let the remaining water run into the bowl. It’s ok, I do like the filter setup & the cord attaches to the backside of the bowl near the bottom so it’s not just loose like other brands. It is very quiet also.
