PLEASE MORE COLORS
We absolutely LOVE these bags. We have both the red and the blue and discretely carry our chihuahuas wherever needed as we travel often. They are safe and comfortable in them and people often tell me they love my hiking bag. We definitely need more colors like brown, black, neutral as the bag itself is intended to be discreet. Why not make more colors that match the style? Absolutely love this bag, you can’t go wrong with a tiny dog in it

Really nice BUT too small for 15lbs
EDIT:Taking this down to two stars. it’s really two hard to use for a 15lb dog. My dog just fits and he likes it but he can’t move at all and I only use it for about 15 minutes at a time max. Personally, I think it would be inhumane to zip him in.Also just realized that they advertise it with the flap tucked in with the dog which is kind of ridiculous. I’ve added a picture of the inside with the flap.Still it’s well made! I recommend this for a teeny-tiny dogs only.Dog:I have a shih tsu who is about 2 pounds overweight and currently weighs 15lbs. He is a small dog. Well technically, his clothing was all XS and S until he gained the extra weight and now he does wear some M’s.Pros:”Like new” cost $50 from the amazon warehouse. It was in fact like new and did not have dog hair on it.This backpack is well made. I absolutely lovelovelove the very firm bottom. I can tell that my dog feels stable/safe unlike other packs that have some give at the bottom. I also selected this backpack because it has a wide front-opening for the dog.My dog does like it. If I put it on the ground he is excited to get in. He does protest a bit while I’m struggling to get him in it, but once he’s in he is as happy as a (stuffed) clam.Cons:Inside the bottom of the pack has the most depth (about 7 inches) but it gets increasingly more narrow from the bottom to the top (about 4.5 inches). I would feel a bit monstrous zipping my dog inside.I basically have to shoehorn my dog into the backpack. He fills the bottom half at 100% maximum volume. I’m pretty sure adding a laptop would be uncomfortable for him since he presses into the walls of the pack so firmly. It’s unclear if the ventilation panels are effective. On slightly warm days (easily 70+) he feels hot to the touch and starts to pant, but on cool days he looks fine (cozy). I don’t think I will be able to use this in the summer.Another annoying thing is that the safety clip is mounted to the bottom of the bag. After I manage to get the dog in it’s difficult to grasp the strap because there is no available space to cram my hand in. Every time I put him in it’s a battle to dislodge the strap from underneath him. My technique is to hook the clip in the laptop opening which helps but I still have to force the strap from under the dog. My dog hates this part of the process and growls. That said, he still wants to get in it!! xDI highly recommend this backpack for an extra-small dog. I’m going to try the next size up and see how it goes…

Nice but too small
The product is very neat but even though I have a toy Yorkie, I find the bag too small for him.Another drawback is that when you close the zipper, There are not many openings through which air can enter.

high quality BUT only for tiny dogs.
Wish this would have worked but too small for a 14 pound dog and a 10 pound dog.

terrible design and tiny inside…
This backpack is fairly useless even for very small dogs. I have a 7lb chihuahua and she didn’t fit inside. She was so cramped. The shoulder straps for humans are uncomfortable and dig into your shoulder blades. The bottom of the carrier is hard and it bumps up against the humans spine. It’s a terribly designed back pack and for the price I truly don’t know how this company goes through the trouble of using materials and labor to produce such a bad item.

Attractive and functional dog carrier backpack
I love this dog carrier backpack. It looks attractive, and works well for my 10 lb. small dog. She feels pretty cozy in there. It is pretty comfortable for me to carry her when we go out for a hike or a day trip. I can even bring her inconspicuously into a no-pet store and grab some food. The material and build quality is good and doesn’t look cheap. This backpack is thoughtfully designed and well built. The interior is pretty roomy for my small dog. It has a Velcro-attached, thick and heavy pad at the bottom for comfort and a tether attachment for safety. The bottom is made what appears to be a sturdy, semi-hard tray, which holds up against the weight of the dog without sagging. There are air ventilation panels on both sides. The are an inner and outer flap covers for the main opening. The inner is a breathable mesh cover and the outer is the blue exterior fabric. Both have double zippers for closure. I like that you can just zip up the inner mesh cover so that the dog can see through it. Or zip up both so that people wouldn’t be aware of the dog inside. In terms of storage and organizers, there is a fleece-lined, zipper tablet compartment inside. It is large enough to hold a regular iPad. There are 2 water bottle pockets on the sides, big enough to carry a small water bottle, as well as a front zipper pocket for small items. The shoulder straps are fairly decent. They are 1.5″ wide but not padded. They do have a belt loop and a hook loop on the top for keeping the loose end of the adjustable strap tidy. There is a metal hook at the end of the strap which you can pass through the belt loop and hang on the loop on the top. This is handy when you just want to hand carry the backpack but don’t want the loose end of the straps swinging around. The dual loop handles are fairly long and comfortable to carry, and have a clasp for tying the handles together. All in all, this is a functional and well-made dog carrier backpack. It looks like a regular backpack, and a pretty nice-looking one at that. The sturdy bottom plus the removable pad makes it comfortable for the dog. The shoulder straps and loop handles are pretty comfortable for the user to carry too. Anyhow, it is now my go-to carrier when I want to bring my dog out for a day trip. It works well for the both of us. Good product.

This bag is the perfect size for my dog who is 5lbs/2.3kg. It’s big enough so she can sit comfortably in it, and small enough to be convenient for me to carry around. Great for public transportation, or some more difficult part of a hike. But I wouldn’t leave her in it for extended amount of time. The only thing I wished was more padding on the straps so it’s more comfortable on our shoulders. This is the best backpack a found for my dog, but I don’t think a dog much bigger than her would be fitting comfortably in it.
