Removable Ice Hot Packs – The compression wrap includes 2 individual ice hot packs that can be heated or frozen and inserted into the pack to combat inflammation on your dog’s joints, which can cause them stiffness and pain; Cold and heat therapy are great ways to soothe their legs and let them be mobile, active, and happy!
Heat Treatment – To use our compression wrap for heat treatment, place the brace in the microwave according to the time shown on our product graph; Microwaves vary in power, so always pay attention while heating and be sure not to overheat the packs
Cold Treatment – Place the brace in the freezer for at least an hour: The brace should provide cold therapy for approximately 20 minutes, after which the ice pack will need to be changed

Great fit for my big black lab. Just received item yesterday but gel packs got cold quickly. Need to get my boy used to some cold therapy for his knee. Packaging minimal which I like but seems like great customer service offered as very willing to exchange if not the right size for your fur baby.

Microwaved it as directed and it started leaking. Also it was extremely hot…way too hot to touch let alone applying it to my dogs skin! The theory and outside material is good but the gel packs suck.

My girl can wiggle now!
My dog was diagnosed with arthritis. I couldn’t find anything to help hold her heating pad. This wraps around it perfectly. I originally purchased the wrong size. The Labra team was awesome with exchanging the size.

Keep eye on family member
The gel packs are good freezing wirk good but be careful when heating they can get to hot. The brace i thought it be a bit more stiffer and need to be careful can cause foot to swell up bad only keep on as long as you keep an eye on your family member, so if it starts to swell remove

This barely feels cold and ice inside the tiny pouches melts instantaneously.
