I love this item and so does my cats time I put it together. There was jumping in it unlike the regular carrier I have to fight to get them in. That’s when they get an all by themselves well built, very sturdy and easy to take apart and put away one cat is 17 pounds and the other one is 12 pounds they fit perfectly. This also comes with wheel locks so it makes it sturdy in your car to carry them in overall I think it’s a well made product in at a great price shipped very fast. Received it within two days.

Pretty good overall
This is supposed to hold 2 smaller pets or one larger, and I can vouch for it holding one larger, at least. There are plenty of windows, and 3 different zippered openings: the long side, the back end, and 2 on top. My 15-pounder feline really only goes in via the long side. It has a sturdy floor, with a fleece covered pad that has no real cushion to it. The handle telescopes nicely, and it rolls like a dream. There are 2 swivel wheels with brakes (assembly note, these go in the FRONT, by the handle), and 2 fixed wheels. The brakes are good, I can force the wheels, but for purposes of getting your pet in and out, they hold the unit steady write nicely. There’s a fairly sturdy vinyl covered piece that can act as a divider, if you’re putting 2 cats or mini dogs in this. It velcros into place, and acts as a support for the roof, which otherwise collapses if you open the full side. So I put it up against the front wall, which helped stabilize it from the side somewhat when open. I used a ruler to prop open the back corner. When everything is zippered, it’s got structural integrity.I love the fact that it rolls, and there is a detachable handle when I need to lift it to get out of the house, and into the car. It’s so much less cramped than my old carrier, though my cat still isn’t going to like going to the vet.Suggested improvements: basic assembly instructions would have been nice, as this comes in a box without a picture. But the main flaw is that the side roof collapses when the side is open, unless the divider is in place. This makes it difficult to get a larger animal in or out, because the divider isn’t used. I think if there was a bar along the top or an upright on the side corners, that would stabilize it enough.

Great product. It helped me with my 2 adult cats. Only negative is the divider needs to snap or zip into the middle instead of velcro. My male cat jumped right through it.
