This LED Glow Ball Is Literally Brilliant!
I got this LaRoo glow ball for my Cattle Dog/Shepherd who is obsessed with playing ball. He has tried other glow in the dark balls and while ok, the balls must be placed close to a bright light for a little while to activate the glow in the dark aspect of each ball. This ball, however, charges via usb-c and in under an hour, it is ready to glow!Once the glow mechanism charges, inserting it into the ball and locking it is pretty straight forward. It has a little on/off switch on it to conserve the charge. The glow is motion activated too which also helps conserve the charge. Also the usb port is not exposed to the outside of the ball once the glow mechanism is inserted. This helps keep slobber and dirt out of the port.My dog and I played ball for about an hour and this glow ball held its own and glowed very brightly!Please note, if you have a dog like mine who will retrieve a ball and then munch on it for a few seconds before dropping it, be mindful of the glow mechanism inserted into the ball. I am paranoid that my dog may actually bite into the mechanism itself instead of the hard rubber. To prevent this, I command my dog to drop the ball once he retrieves it and I rethrow it for him. Once ball playing is over, I turn off the glow mechanism and store the ball in a place where my dog can not access it.I am not certain if my dog is more excited than I am because this ball is very bright and seams pretty durable so far. I would definitely keep it out of the water and pull it once playtime is over. This is not a ball that you want your dog to chew on or play with unsupervised due to the little glow mechanism. It could potentially be damaged or worse, become a choking hazard.Our new favorite glow ball!

Definite Winner – Very Bright
This is a great nighttime play item. The ball is strong and very durable. There is an on/off switch which is great for conserving the rechargeable battery. The lock/unlock feature is very nice, so you don’t get dirt or slobber inside. This is motion activated as well. I do not allow this ball to stay out because I don’t want one of my dogs to accidentally chew into the battery mechanism or somehow figure out how to unlock it. So, we play, they bring it back, and it gets put up until next time. Great hard silicone ball that is easy to clean and charge and a lot of fun for playtime.

OMG – my dog’s (Odin) head glows!!! LOL.Odin loves this ball… Loves it so much that he doesn’t wanna give it back to me so I can throw it again!! So he’ll stand about 5 feet in front of me, facing me, with his mouth popped open a little bit with the ball turned on (bright yellow)…so the lower half of his head is a bit neon – hilarious!!!We went out back around 5 AM when it was still nice and pitch dark and we just had a blast. Definitely play with this at night. I’m sure it’s fine during the day, but it was a blast at night.Thanks for making a good product. And at a very good price point!

Light up ball
It’s a rubber tennis ball that had a rechargeable led light. The light screws out to be recharged with the included type C charger. I used my phone charger because it’s a much longer cord than what is provided. It’s very very bright. Our cane corso is obsessed with tennis balls. She hesitated taking this one when I tried to hand it to her. So I tossed it across the kitchen to show its a toy. She hasn’t put it down since. It’s been about an hour and she hasn’t broken it yet. Soccer and basketballs are popped within seconds. She eventually will rip a tennis ball in half.I like this because of how easy it is to find when it’s lit.

Fun, Durable Ball for Outdoor Night Play
It’s made of firm silicone and not soft, so it works best as an outdoor toy. My GSD loves chasing it, especially at night, and the motion-activated light makes it easy to spot in the dark.The ball lights up automatically when moved and shuts off after about 90 seconds, which helps save the battery. Charging by USB is convenient. Overall, it’s a fun, durable option for nighttime outdoor play, just not something I’d recommend for indoor or gentle chewing.

My dogs love this. They initially were scared of the glow but now they love it. It keeps them occupied and happy. The quality is good as it’s held up after chewing and playing. I would recommend this.
