Works very well so long as you follow the directions. Don’t try to rush the time needed to make the product effective. Has a great fresh scent , somewhat lemony, cleans the stain right out. For the money, I plan to keep it in my laundry room.

This will sound like a paid advertisement, but I swear by this product and this review is way overdue. I switched to clear and natural products a few years ago, this was the first thing I tried and it’s the best thing out there! Defunkify removes grease stains even after clothes were already washed and dried! Removes car oil from my husband’s work clothes. No soaking, no waiting – spray, rub it in a little, hand wash or throw in the washing machine!I am visiting my son and I tried to remove some cooking grease stains from his favorite grey hoodie using a stain remover he had (Shout) it didn’t work. I immediately ordered Defunkify – the stains are gone!!

No harsh chemicals
It works great on new stains but haven’t been able to get it to remove old set in stains. Was hoping it would work on the old stains based on the reviews. I’m not disappointed though. Use the clothes washing soap with this and works as good if not better than mass market without all the harsh chemicals.

They have fixed the sprayer!!!
I’ve used this product since 2018. It really works, and I felt good knowing it was “safer” for the environment. A few years ago, they started including a different sprayer type that sprayed like a foamy mess and it was hard to get it in the right spots, especially if you had a large stain. I like the product enough that I started tossing their sprayers and using ones I had from other cleaning products. This delivery, I checked out the sprayer and was pleased to discover they finally fixed the sprayer. It works as it should. Product comes out in an easy to control spray.

DOES NOT WORK FOR ANYTHING
I tried this product on four types of laundry issues and it did not work on any of them.⛔️ oil stain⛔️ armpit odor⛔️ pizza sauce stain⛔️ ink stainThese weren’t horrible stains and the product did not help at all. I started to wonder if I was doing something wrong. So I reapplied the product, scrubbed it, and let it soak. It still did not work as advertised. If it can’t remove normal stains and odor what good is it? I have used other stain removing products with much more success. I am highly disappointed as the reviews were so high. I am going back to Goof Off for stains (it gets the worst stains out!) and Oxyclean for odor. I was hoping to consolidate products but this product was not the answer.

Does not work on ink
The item arrived quickly but I apparently ordered the wrong item. I was trying to get ink stains off some material. This spray did nothing. I will try the product on other kinds of stains as needed.
