Product and customer service/support is the BEST.
So many dog waste stations to choose from these days…Many of them look similar in the pictures…It’s hard to judge the quality and durability from a few photos….After hemming and hawing for quite some time, I decided to choose this particular one because the sign/waste bag holder itself was not covered in company advertising and there is a little built in awning protecting the bags from rain/snow. I don’t care if there is a logo on the back of the product or even if it is inconspicuosly placed on the front of it somewhere (….which by the way, if you are wondering – this product has neither on the sign or the bag dispenser). The mini waste station arrived quickly and was packed carefully and neatly – I did not open a box that spewed little bits of styrofoam around my entire house….In fact, it appears that their packaging materials are specifically designed for this unit. Impressive. BUT THE BEST PART? THIS DOG WASTE STATION IS AWESOME. It is like something that would be installed at a dog park. Heavy Duty, Sturdy…and dare I say………Classy? My biggest regret was not buying the complete set with the waste receptacle….Don’t make the same mistake I did – BUY THE WHOLE SET.

Incredible Customer Service, Incredible Product!
I was looking for a dispenser for doggie bags for our local wildlife refuge. This product is perfect, is incredibly well-made, and the customer service department is just ‘over the top’. There was a coupon in the packaging for a gift of 3 boxes of bags (600 total) if you filled out a survey. The survey wouldn’t load, so I reached out to their customer service department. They immediately responded with an apology and sent out the bags the same day! It’s hard to find companies who care about their customers’ satisfaction this much! I’m glad I found them, and I will be buying from them whenever I can!

Great option…might want to consider one with a waste basket included
Worked really well for our community. We did choose to purchase a very basic office trash can and attach it to the pole so that there was a place to dispose of pet waste.
