Very Light Weight for RC Aviation
I got this for a small RC Helicopter (315mm Prop Diameter) I ordered… Still waiting for delivery.I was looking for something that was WIFI, Internal Battery, and had a Rotating Lens… Size and Weight, preferable to not interfere with Flight Performance.This Camera is a Small Footprint, and only 1/2″ thick… I plan to use Velcro Tape for attachment.The Weight was not listed, so I took a Gamble… Turns out the Gamble was a Good Bet.The Camera Weighs 39.39g, or 1.389oz.Most other Cameras I found were up to 55g-68g in weight…. And many with a rotating lens were “Pocket-Length” (~ 4″).Camera to Phone WIFI took a couple of tries to figure out the sequence, but works fine.I haven’t been able to get the App to see the Camera “Online”, with a new launch of the App… Without having to “Add” the Camera again… but only takes a few clicks, and no password re-entry.Video Quality appears the same between Phone capture (Arm-Reach close), and the Included SD Card.Near same color backgrounds seem to “Rain” Pixelization… Ad though it is using 16-bit Color.I haven’t yet found a Video Quality Setting, other than “Full HD”, “HD”, and “SD”.And I didn’t see a difference in the “Rain” effect with each setting.Overall, I’m Pleased with the Camera for the Price and Size.Video Quality is only for Hobby Entertainment, so no need for “Professional” Quality.If there is any significant change in evaluation, after Test Flying, I’ll do an Update.

I really like how compact and discreet this little camera is. I placed it on my bookshelf, and unless you know it’s there, it’s almost impossible to notice. The 180° rotating lens makes it easy to adjust the view without moving the whole unit.
