Whimsical Set, Big Enough for Large Dogs!
So we have 3 dogs, my oldest one can be off leash but my fiancé’s dog is older and likes to run away, and our youngest is somewhat capable of being off leash to a point. Since she is still learning, we have been trying to find a reasonably priced, good quality harness for her. But she’s an Irish wolfhound mix so she’s quite big. If she stands up on her hind legs she’s almost 6 feet tall and she’s about 75-80lbs. It’s been hard to find something comfortable and big enough for her that’s strong enough if she sees a squirrel or bunny and takes off.This harness set is perfect for her! It fits and actually has room for her to grow more. So it could definitely fit most larger breed dogs. It’s also very soft and very strong and doesn’t dig into her body. The metal loops are also very strong and don’t bend or feel like they would.The collar is also strong and well made. Its clips and loops are strong and should hold up well over time. The bow tie is a cute touch, if you’re trying to coordinate with a sibling pup or kitty, or simply want to enhance the collar it will work well. It’s Velcro and wraps around any size collar.The bandana is also cute and can be used to coordinate with other siblings or as an accessory to the collar or harness. I also love the leash. It has extra padding where your hand holds it so it doesn’t dig into your hand or wrist during walks. It also is fairly long and gives a good distance between you and your dog to allow for some exploration.My favorite feature is actually the doggy mess bag holder. It’s surprisingly well made and has a nice, silicon opening to prevent too many bags from being pulled out. I think for everything you get and its quality, it’s a good price. Every piece should last a long time, and hold up well over time. I like it if you have multiple dogs and want to coordinate them for photos or events.Lastly, the print is super cute! It looks great on my white and black Irish wolfhound. She was actually so comfortable in the harness she laid down and took a nap.

Good leash & collar, not sold on the harness
This is a 6-piece set, but the most useful pieces are the collar, leash, and harness, so I’ll focus on those. I suspect the other three pieces will be shoved to the back of a drawer and found again in a few years.Collar: I give this 4 stars. It’s mostly a fine basic collar, with decent construction and a wide range of adjustability. While I like the idea of the padding for the dog’s comfort, it has a downside; the thick material doesn’t deform nicely through the buckle, which means it doesn’t sit as nicely against the dog as most collars. If you’ve ever used a collar that is too stiff and has a flat spot, you know what I mean (also a common problem with LED collars).Leash: Great leash, I use it all the time, I think it’s the best part of the set.Harness: I’m not thrilled with the harness, I’d say 2 stars with hope for 3 stars once my puppy gets bigger. I thought the fit wouldn’t impede the dog’s range of motion, but it goes over the shoulder blades more than I expected. I bought a medium with room to grow into for my puppy, so right now it’s relatively cinched down. I’m hoping that it is less restrictive once she grows into it a bit, but on the plus side the straps do have a lot of adjustability.The other thing about the harness is that it’s sold as “No Pull”. Not sure why, there isn’t even a way to clip into the front of the harness. In fact, with this style of harness, dogs can pull even harder, because there isn’t pressure on their windpipe. So don’t buy this harness if you are hoping to have better control of your dog than just a flat collar.For those who have trouble getting their dog into harnesses and clothing; this is not a step-in harness. It only has one buckle, so you’ll have to put it over your dog’s head, and have them step through a loop. Fewer buckles to get fur stuck in, but some dogs tolerate getting dressed better than others.And then finally, matching sets are cute! I got the sloth/lemon pattern; no one is going to notice the sloths unless they look closely, but it’s still fun and colorful.

Perfect Matching Set; Looks Great!
This is a gorgeous matching set; it comes with a total of six pieces and the quality of everything is decent.Includes a leash, a collar, a harness, a bandanna/handkerchief, a bow tie (adorable) and a little pouch that attaches to leash (for carrying baggies to clean up after the dog does it’s business). Everything matches so nicely!Some of the pieces are a little redundant; for example you normally need either the collar or the harness but this set includes both. Similarly are the bow tie or bandanna, you can really only use one at a time but it’s nice to have both options included as part of this set. They could have included less but didn’t; I think that says something about whoever put this thing together.Everything matches perfectly, as the pieces here were made to be part of a set. I went with this “cosmic” design and everything is printed vibrantly and clearly. I’m very happy with the aesthetics of the set and the quality left nothing to be desired.As for the fit – I got the large size for my dog. I’ve had collars in the past that claimed to be a large be too small but this one fit just right. I’m not sure how big his neck is exactly, I only know out of curiosity I once tried a collar that didn’t fit him on myself and it fit 😄… so if my neck is like 18 inches, his is the tiniest bit larger (I have possibly one of the world’s largest pure bread Corgis). Check out the photo with this review to see my little guy modeling some of what’s included here.Basically the large size fit a dog with a neck a bit over 18 inches, as did all the accessories and the harness. I appreciate that they didn’t just make different sized collars but appropriately sized every item in this kit.Overall, I’m extremely satisfied with this matching set. It looks fantastic! Definitely recommend it highly, especially if you are looking to have every last possible accessory for your dog match flawlessly!
